It took over a month to receive my bag, and it was of terrible quality. The material is not at all as advertised, and did indeed come from China. It would cost almost as much as I paid for the bag to return it. Do not buy from this company!!!

This is a cheap Chinese produced…
This is a cheap Chinese produced product with fake good reviews. An appalling returns policy which is only visible once you get your shipping confirmation. Costs a lot to return the product to put people off.
So annoyed I fell for another scam.

Cheap and nasty
Cheap and nasty! The product that arrived looked nothing like the photos on Facebook (I know, I've learnt my lesson). The material was plasticky and shiny and the zip wouldn't work. The customer service team required me to pay postage to return the product to their warehouse in Canada at which point they say they will refund the purchase price. I'll still be left out of pocket the $50 postage.

Absolutely loved it!!!. I gave it to my mom as a gift and she was very happy . Quality and design of the bag is amazing . I personally recommend these bags if you are about to buy one.

Excellent bag, even better customer service
Excellent bag - speaks for itself and does exactly like it says! Packs ALOT in a small space. As a professional bag buyer, and always being on the look out for the perfect bag, this bag is damn close to it!!!!
But I have to say the customer service has also been extraordinary. The team were efficient, effective and amazing.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
AVOID - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Trying to complain is abusing their staff apparently - I’ve politely tried to get my order for a month before losing patience and making a complaint and then they tried to blame others and also make it my problem to solve!? According to this company a “pattern” of bad reviews is one other review, from seven years ago for an entirely different company - how odd and ridiculous - and why is the “CEO” bothering to answer a Trust Pilot review? Hmmmm - also odd. It was UK Mastercard that suspected this was a scam of a company and blocked my card and as a result of emails and tracking info I’ve given them they have upheld this and Mastercard have fully refunded me and are now dealing direct with Roseandteddy to recoup their money - they have proof I’ve been waiting a month for my order, that the Chinese shipping tracking number does not work and “attempted deliveries” that are claimed to have “failed” cannot be verified. Roseandteddy are claiming this is all Royal Mails fault. We have spoken to Royal Mail and they have never tried to deliver this package to my address and the Chinese tracking number is not even recognised by them. Promises of delivery kept being made by customer services at RoseandTeddy that never happened and then the final straw for me was to suggest that I contact Royal Mail to resolve this issue!!! (Just ignoring what i’d already said several times) they were then incredibly rude saying I was “not understanding how things work” and that I was being rude by complaining!!? They’ve also sent me a begging email asking me to call off Mastercard (what does that tell you?) Let Mastercard do their thing - I suggest you shop elsewhere. I have - they do not have the exclusive on these types of bags.

This bag is just as expected - awesome! I fit a whole weekend trip to Miami’s worth of clothes in here, including a beach towel, all my toiletries, hair dryer, and extra shoes. It came with a nice little laundry bag and a strap to carry the bag over your shoulder. Super soft and easy to transport. I might buy a second one in another colour!
