Thanks for your unfair review.
The first package was sent to you and was lost by the courier (DX Freight), we sent it a second time with another courier (DHL) and it was delivered and you know about it.
Most likely feedback from an unscrupulous competitor.

Really happy with both the customer service and product. Squat rack was easy to assemble and great quality at a good price.

Good
Very good for the price, I’m happy with the purchase, only things i have noticed is the pronges what hold the bar are a little flimsey and it could be heavier but you can always weight it down. Overall you won’t get much better for the price.

5 STAR - Very happy with the product and service…
5 STAR. Very happy with the product and service provided. Item was despatched and delivered promptly, especially given current circumstances. There was a slight issue noted with one of the parts on construction. When I queried this to customer services I received a prompt response within a few hours (outside of working hours) and a replacement part was despatched next day.
Other companies should take a leaf out of T-Sports book - I would definitely use again!
