Very professional and proactive

Just returned from an amazing holiday booked with Prince at The Cruise Holidays UK.
We had a one night stay in Rome, then an 11 night Adriatic cruise & finally 3 nights in Lake Garda. The information & guidance we received from Prince when we made the initial booking was excellent. The communication & response times were great & everything was explained so clearly. All our documentation for transfers, hotels etc arrived when stated and each step of the holiday ran like clockwork. It was lovely to have all the stress taken out of booking a cruise & stay & at such a good price. Will definitely look to book again.

Speaking to the cruise Team has been very easy, no long wait for calls to be answered. My questions were dealt with straight away, a few changes to my schedule that I made were dealt with professionally throughout. All details for my cruise were sent in plenty of time. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.

Amazing experience
Raj shah was marvellous so helpful and answered all our questions
Every detail was covered 🥰

Prince was extremely helpful when I wanted to make some last minute changes to my upcoming holiday. I had emailed him and he replied almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring.

Our cruise consultant, Prince Shah was the best! Knowledgeable, professional but most of all patient! He tailored our cruise a few times and it seemed no bother at all to him. We are confident after dealing with him that our trip will be amazing!

I have given 4 stars. After I have received my tickets, had no problem when I arrive at my hotel, all of my transfers have gone smoothly and I have returned home without issues, I will give 5 stars. The booking is just the first step which has gone well. The logistics are yet to come.

Great communication to help make our booking. Very efficient, knowledgeable about cruises. Always felt in secure hands with every question answered to help us.

Great service with the Cruise Holidays. Always happy to help with any enquiries. Will definitely look at booking my next cruise via them.

I felt We didnt get the service we deserved from the agent we where dealing with here in Ireland
So I made an enquiry to yourselves and it was Prince we got
He made the whole experience amazing from start until we paid booking deposit
10 stars is what I would give him
Hopefully going forward we may get another chance to book with ye depending on sterling rate 🙏 😬

Booked a stay and cruise holiday with Prince, who was very helpful in putting together a competitive package, including flights, hotels, cruise and transfers.

We’d not booked with this company before, but Prince has been so incredibly helpful to help us book our cruise holiday - he’s super polite and will go out of his way to help in case of any queries. Hopefully all will continue in this way and I’ll be booking our future cruises through Prince! 🤩
