Haven't used this company before but Prince who handled our enquiry and booking was extremely helpful from start to finish. I then had a problem checking in with the cruise company as they had husbands date of birth wrong however a quick call to the company and they sorted everything within minutes.

always very pleasant and nothing is to much trouble.

Absolutely fantastic

Adam looked after my holiday and was very helpful in changing departure airports and other issues that arose

First time booking with this Company and it won't be the last. Normally book with the bigger more well known companies. Prince made our booking and he made it personal. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the trip with hotels and transfers/cruise etc.

From start to finish, staff were very helpful.
Prince deserves a special mention.

Prince was absolutely brilliant and listened to what I needed would definitely go back

I have just received one of the best responses to a booking enquiry I have ever had. Prince Shah heard all my requirements, answered all my questions and offered appropriate suggestions. I was impressed with the swift, efficient and knowledgeable information I received, enabling me to make a decision to book a holiday with this company, and the way I was kept informed through the booking process. Now I have a dream holiday to look forward to.

From my first contact with Prince he came across as very efficient & courteous. As stated by others it was great to have calls answered immediately without the need to be sat on hold. Prince was happy to deal with all my queries and request for information/alterations, and responded prompted.

Excellent customer service. Any queries were dealt with promptly and nothing was too much trouble.
It was a real bonus to have phone calls answered immediately and not to be in a long queue as with so many other companies.
The best deals were found for our cruise holiday.
Thank you Prince!

Great experience booking with The Cruise Holidays UK
Booked a cruise to Japan and South Korea. My consultant Adam Kokkinos was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and made the booking process so easy. Now all I need to do is look forward to my trip.

Having made an enquiry for a cruise, Gemma contacted me immediately and was extremely helpful trying to accommodate all my requirement's. She was most sincere and knowledgeable. Thank you

Very efficient company who helped me plan a holiday, listening to exactly what I wanted.
They were always answered quickly & responded to any of my questions.
Would certainly recommend this company & will hopefully book with them again. Thank you

We had such a fantastic experience with Priyal. He was incredibly prompt with his responses and made the whole process so easy by walking us through everything step by step.
Every question we had was answered clearly and quickly, and he took care of all the admin tasks behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. His support made planning our trip stress-free – highly recommend!

We were a large group of over 20 people including kids and elders on a week long cruise trip. We had a lovely time on the cruise, but what made it great was all the help that we received beforehand and during the trip from Priyal. All our queries were responded to promptly, making our trip smooth and easy for the large group that we were. Looking forward to booking with The Cruise Holidays again, soon.

We just returned from an amazing cruise to the Norwegian fjords, and it was all made possible by the fantastic team at The Cruise Holidays UK. Traveling with a multigenerational family with both seniors and infants, we expected some challenges—but The Cruise Holidays UK handled everything perfectly.

From the cabins to tailored excursion advice and baby/senior-friendly planning, every detail was thought through. Their personal support before and during the trip gave us real peace of mind.

The fjords were breathtaking, and the cruise was lovely—but it was The Cruise Holidays UK who turned a great trip into a truly stress-free, family-friendly experience. Highly recommend them for booking any future cruise trips!

Saw an offer on Facebook for a cruise from India to Singapore Sent an email asking if I could tweek it and got a response immediately. Sent my request through and once again response within 10 minutes. I was dealing with Adam Kokkonis who was unbelievable. He was great to deal with and within 36 hours I had my cruise booked with him. We cruise about 3 times a year and I will certainly be using this company (and Adam) again
