This company is awful, I have been with them for 3 years they charge more than competitors. They fail to collect waste. And they say NO HIDDEN COSTS on website. Then add charges that they itemise, but don’t price. If I was you I would just search independent. It seems easier, but they are awful. Dealing with customers complaints also takes a week for a response. Not worth the hassle. Honestly I want to tear up my contract

Could Do Much, Much Better...!
The two 660L bins were delivered late and to the wrong location.
The two existing 240L bins were not exchanged for their larger equivalents at time of delivery.
The inability to speak easily to a Customer Services operative extended the issue and the resulting frustration...!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Lauren Harvey at WasteManaged for the absolutely fantastic support she has given us throughout an issue we experienced with a missed bin collection.
Although the situation took some time to resolve, Lauren was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. She kept us regularly updated, contacted us whenever there were developments, and was always honest and helpful about the issues she was chasing up with the depot.
What really stood out was knowing that someone genuinely cared about getting the situation resolved. Rather than being left wondering what was happening, we knew Lauren was on the case, following things up and doing everything she could to get it sorted. That level of communication and reassurance made a real difference to the whole experience.
Lauren was professional, friendly, patient and incredibly helpful throughout, and she continued to see things through until the issue was finally resolved.
Customer service like this deserves to be recognised. Problems can happen, and things don't always go to plan, but having someone like Lauren dealing with them makes all the difference.
