hey are a fraudulent company. At first, you sign a contract with them, and then they increase the price every month without the business owner's consent. I initially signed a contract with them for £29 and some cents per month starting in April, but now the price has increased to £50 without any valid reason. When I call to ask why my monthly fee has gone up, they say gas and petrol prices have risen—as if I were the one responsible for the price increases! I am paying higher prices myself too. Rest assured, this is the worst company. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them."

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Will constantly have one agent tell you one thing then another will deny ever saying it, even when you provide them with email proof. Will say they do not have access to phone call records when it is a question you would like answering about something but are quite happy to provide them when it’s the other way around. Missed more collections than they actually made but still charge you full price. DO NOT USE!! Will regularly leave you with overflowing bins for over 6 weeks but still expect you to pay full price. Absolutely shocking service.

Appalling customer service and deceptive practices – avoid at all costs!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Waste Managed Services has been nothing short of a nightmare, entirely driven by their atrocious customer service and shady business practices.
First, they have the trap of an auto-renewal policy. They lock you into a new contract without sending a single reminder or warning that your current term is coming to an end. It feels incredibly deceptive and is clearly designed to catch customers off guard so they are forced to stay. Unless you give them a written letter to say you want to cancel one month before the renewal date they auto enrol you into a new 12 month contract.
When I understandably tried to get out of this trap, the sheer incompetence I faced regarding the early termination charge was staggering. The first representative I spoke to told me the fee would be £250. When I queried this, I was then told it was actually £325! It felt like they were just making numbers up on the spot to see what I would pay.
It wasn’t until I physically pulled up my agreement and read their own contract out loud to them over the phone that they finally backed down and admitted the actual fee was £150. The fact that a customer has to educate a company’s own staff on their contractual terms just to avoid being overcharged is absolutely disgraceful.
Save yourself the headache, the hidden fees, and the terrible customer service. Do not use Waste Managed Services.

I paid for service Infront explaining the situation and was promised that we will receive bins by Tuesday or Wednesday latest. I made few phone calls, they couldn't even give me delivery date and bin collection date. No in house system for escalation and commitment to resolve the queries. Very poor service from start.

Poor services and illegal deductions
Recently, I had no choice to resolve my issues with Waste Managed Ltd till I posted on this website. To my surprise, help came but the aftermath of the issues were appalling. I decided to end my contract with Waste managed after several attempts of refusing to empty my bins. They charged me for the months of August and September for no work done. My contract was due end on 2nd October after they charged me termination fee and refusing to pick my bins. To my dismay, a staff of Waste Managed called to persuade me but I never agreed, meanwhile they took money illegally from my bank account and claiming I accepted his offer. I enquired and they couldn't offer a better solution but rather postponing my cancellation date to 7th November. Now, who agreed for the money to be deducted. That's illegality and amount to theft. Infact, am not happy with their bias characters. No one is willing to help me whilst my bins have not been collected for the past weeks.

I would stay away from this company
Avoid this company – terrible service and zero communication
I highly recommend staying away from this company. It has been almost 10 days and they still haven’t collected or removed our bin. Every time I call, I get passed around from department to department with constant promises that someone will collect it, but nothing happens. I have phoned and emailed every single day with no luck. We have officially requested to cancel our contract due to their total failure to provide the service, but they are completely ignoring us. Be very careful before signing up with them.
