Very quick to sign up. It took 2 emails to get an answer about the renewal terms. Missed delivery date of bin by 4 days. Still no sign of it.

Quite frankly the worst company I have…
Quite frankly the worst company I have ever dealt with in my working life.
They have literally one job, to ensure my bins are emptied weekly. I pay them handsomely to do this.
They fail repeatedly, they send 'a man with a van' to empty 1.25 bins...how does someone empty 1.25 bins? I have 2 that should be emptied weekly. They haven't been emptied for 4 weeks. 1.25 bins isn't helping.
Their customer service agents don't give a monkeys, they won't escalate a complaint, they don't care.
Would not recommend.

I wish I had never got in a contract with this company,I’ve had problems ever since I’ve starting up with them .now they are saying the food bin is too heavy ,so you can’t fill your food bin up because it might weigh too much ,so we will have to pay twice as much and not fill them ,we have had a food bin for years and filled it with the the same stuff ,never had a problem,until now,just a scam for more money.

Awful company
Awful company, they are crooks plain and simple. I phoned in January asking to cancel my policy was told i was still in contract (24 months) but once contract is up for renewal I will be sent a reminder and then I can cancel. I phoned up last week was told I had rolled over onto another 24 month contract which I couldn’t leave
I told her to listen to the previous recorded call, she told me the man I

Notify us of renew, as the company doesn’t email or send letters of renew to any customer.
I then asked doesn’t it fall under the Sales & Goods Act, to say we will notify then never contact company’s so the unknowning roll onto new contracts the can’t leave. Was told it was on me and the “waste management industry is not audited by anyone”.
I paid £390 early realise from a contract I never wanted, but I cannot stand there miss selling practices and blatant lies.

If I had the option to rate it 0 I would. I’ve had 2 direct debits come out from waste managed, but have still to have a collection. I complain on a weekly basis, and I’m promised everything will be resolved, yet nothing is, and waste is piling up. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Avoid Waste Managed at All Costs – Rogue Contracts and Unauthorized Charges
If I could give zero stars, I would. Waste Managed is easily one of the most unethical companies I have ever dealt with.
We’ve had nothing but constant missed collections, leaving us stranded while they continue to siphon money out of our account without any consultation or authorization. Whenever an issue arises, their default response is to dodge responsibility and push unjustified blame onto the customer.
The worst part? They claimed our contract was renewed—except I never agreed to a renewal. When I checked the paperwork, the contract was riddled with errors and contained a signature that is not mine. They are fabricating documentation, ignoring our agreed 100kg per collection allowance, and using predatory tactics to lock businesses into fake agreements.
Absolute nightmare of a company. Save yourself the stress and money, and take your business anywhere else.

1/5 Stars – Predatory practices, fake signatures, and complete failure of service.
Do not trust Waste Managed. They have taken unauthorized payments from our account without prior agreement or consultation. Missed collections are a regular occurrence, and they make zero effort to resolve the issues when brought to their attention.
To make matters worse, they renewed our contract automatically without my consent. When we requested to see the paperwork, the contract was completely invalid and contained a forged signature that is not mine. On top of this, they fail to honor our agreed terms—including our 100kg per collection allowance—and attempt to pin unjustified blame and hidden charges on us.
This company operates on predatory practices, appalling customer support, and shady paperwork. Avoid them at all costs.

Several missed collections…
I have had several missed collections with this company every time my usual driver is on holiday. They do not organise additional collections and it is 'not their policy' to issue refunds for missed collections.
When I just tried to cancel my contract, due to renew on 10th October, I have been told it has already been automatically renewed and that I would have to pay an early termination fee.
The customer service rep, Scott, was also extremely patronising suggesting that I read my contract.
Absolute cowboys.
