Wouldn’t recommend I was told that I had to order by 3pm to meet a cut off time to get my bins delivered for my new business they told me I would get them on Thrusday 24th here we are with no bins and no one even bothered to inform me they wasn’t coming as they new the business was opening on the 25th so needed the bins before hand all a waste of time just to make a sell they couldn’t up keep. Now my business has no bins on the first day of reopening. Don’t waste your time.

We’re still waiting for our 2x veolia and 1x Biffa bins to be removed 9 months ago
We’re still waiting for our 2x veolia 1100 general and mixed recycling and Biffa food waste bin to be removed from when we paid a lot of money on December 31st 2025 , to come out of our contract that was not fit for purpose. They have an answer for everything, call handlers are great until you cancel , then they get very pushy and rude. Thor charges are overpriced and not worth the money.

Diabolical customer service
Diabolical customer service, refused to escalate to a senior person, multiple missed collection’s, advised by customer services that “my neighbour should report a missed collection if he puts your bin out while you are away”
Repeatedly told I would be called back, this didn’t happen, repeatedly reported missed collection, my contract ended on a Sunday, Monday was too late to cancel (previously agreed, now the recordings can’t be found) so either a £275 cancellation fee or another 12 mths contract.
Obstructive unhelpful customer service, extremely frustrating to repeatedly explain history of account, with no responsibility taken for any failings on your behalf.
AVIOD AT COSTS !!
Many more refuge collection services out there, go direct, miss out this middle man.

⚠️ DODGY COMPANY — BEWARE! Read before you sign!
This is a WARNING for everyone — please read carefully before you sign anything with WasteManaged.
🚩 Here is what happened to me:
• They ask you to sign a 24-month contract
• Then they keep putting the price UP — over time it DOUBLES
• When you try to cancel — they say NO and charge you heavy termination fees
• You are stuck — prices go up but you are NOT allowed to leave
This is NOT right. They lock you in then keep raising the price however they want, and you cannot get out.
✅ My advice:
READ YOUR CONTRACT VERY CAREFULLY before you sign.
Do NOT trust them. Find another company that is fair and honest.
Don't get stuck like I did! ⛔

Very very bad c company . They bin charging my business for 2 years for 3 bins but had 2 but no help to get my refund back for one bin . Today I was ment to get my new bin which I was told will be delivered b4 8pm but still waiting. Sick to viola bin company they are good to there word
