Ray went above and beyond so helpful and explained everything in detail he is a great asset to your company as I never leave a review for any company, as never feel the need to, but just had to let someone know he is a massive credit to your company. I am friendly with all the other businesses around me and will be telling them they need to go with yous. Also can you also pass on regarding Damien is also a credit to your company as he knew I was in a rush and he still explained everything and got me signed up as Ray asked him to call me back as Ray was busy so even doing that is also amazing to save me waiting. Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The team were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable, especially when advising us on the correct waste bins for our needs.
They clearly explained the different options available, including sharps bins and hazardous/clinical waste containers, and helped us choose the appropriate sizes and types for our business.
Communication was efficient, the process was straightforward, and everything was handled professionally. I would definitely recommend them to any clinic or business looking for a reliable waste management service.

The worst company in this game!
The worst company in this game! Careless and rude customer service. They don’t care how they treat customers at all. I ordered a commercial bin last and thought I had gotten a good deal. However, BIFFA a terrible company they connected us with has delivered an infested bin that smelled like death and couldn’t even open as it came faulty. After making a complaint to Waste Managed, they promised to sort it out. An entire week passed and there has been no solution, no big change, and no bag collection. Called to cancel our contract they refused and said they’ll charge us despite leaving me to operate an entire food market with no commercial bin. This is the worse experience. Do not use or have Waste Managed connect you with a company like BIFFA who are absolutely rubbish at managing rubbish and servicing small companies. Complaints are not taken seriously and they’ll charge you if you want to cancel your contract even when they mess up. DO NOT USE AT ALL!

That is great experience with them. yesterday i applied for ther service happy for that they called me at morning whenever I didn't received but they calling me again and they informed me everything service was excellent. I hope they continue with that.

Absolutely great service
Absolutely great service, I submitted my details online and had a call back within a minute, I wanted to wait to hear back from 3 other business. One got back to me that was more expensive and the other two didn’t respond and to be honest the speed and price I received I was already set on going ahead with their quote.

Dont even Try especially new/small business
I am current customer and my experience is Dont Even try your cost will keep increased and most funniest thing is it will be automatically rolled out and it has to be given 3 months notice when we ask for it there answer is “ ITS IN TERMS”

Very disappointing service
Unfortunately, our experience with this waste management company has been extremely poor.
Waste collections are regularly not carried out on the agreed days or on time, which causes ongoing problems for our business. Communication is also extremely difficult — we do not have a direct email address or phone number for someone who can actually deal with the issues when they arise.
No one is available on Bank holidays either.
For a service as basic and important as waste collection, we expected reliability and clear communication, but sadly we have experienced neither.
We are now tied into a one-year contract, which makes the situation even more frustrating, as the terms and conditions are asking us a fortune to
If you are considering using this company and have any doubts, I would strongly recommend doing your research and thinking very carefully before signing a long-term contract. Based on our experience, I certainly would not choose them again.

The worst company I have EVER had the…
The worst company I have EVER had the unfortune to work with, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they never provide the service on time still charge you for it, don’t allow you to cancel, back pedal and pass you from pillar to post while still secretly applying charges, they started saying the cancellation fee was £270 then it goes up to £575, CROOKS AND SMAMMERS AVOID
