Naively took out contract with this…

Naively took out contract with this company 24 months weeks into the contract my phone was blocked. Explanation was I called a non geographical numbers, which happened to be EE so could not access calls, texts. Data. Requested PAC as this was not fit for purpose and have still not received a PAC. I should have had 14.99 pm contract and gave been billed £74 this month again for dialling EE and going over my data limit without any warning. O2 merely directed me back to the 3rd party company.

I cannot describe in words how bad this company is! Definitely a scam! Only lies from beginning to the end and their attitude is so harassing. Nobody will help you or advise you or do anything about your contract. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Migration niggle

There was a minor glitch in the timing of the migration which was satisfactorily identified and sorted by your customer service agent David. He seemed to know what checks needed to be made and got me going with a minimum of delay.

They are still at it

They are still at it, phoning people and making it sound that they are from O2 but your supplier is changing to WeVoice. You will still be on the O2 network so don't worry about coverage. Please say Yes to give up your 14 day right to change your mind as 'you won't need it'
Done in an underhand way and when you later Query or God forbid, ask a question you are passed around and told. Mike will definitely ring you back today. He doesn't of course. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY JUST LIE FROM START TO FINISH.

Wevoice are deceptive.

I was with Vodaphone for years. Perfectly happy. Unlimited Data. Reasonable tariff.

My contract came up for review. Vodaphone charged me a little more without a contact. I had this on my todo list.

Mevoice called me pretending to be Vodaphone. I was hoodwinked.

I now have limited data
Today I am blocked from making calls.
I can’t even call them to sort this out.

Sorry Vodaphone - I’ll soon be back to you.

From my original phone call and ongoing conversations unto the final outcome of my issue David my WeVoice representative was so professional in his manner and knowledge of my issue.
Through several phone calls and interaction David provided me the information and advise I required plus his customer support was 10/10 he completely let me at ease and solved my issue.

Having a personal assistant who…

Having a personal assistant who remembers you. The service is outstanding. I switched when my other provider went down. I get full 4g, unlimited everything for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend WeVoice.
