Derek and Jamie set up our fibre telephone/internet connection today. They not only did a very neat and tidy job both inside and out, but set up the modem and made sure that I (a self-confessed luddite) knew how to join the network and what my next steps should be. I was/am very grateful.

Easy switch to cheaper and faster broadband
Wildanet gave me a nice and easy switch to a cheaper and faster broadband package. I hadn't even been aware that fibre broadband was available in my area until Wildanet knocked on my door. They handled both switch and installation for me, including setting up the router in a more convenient location in my home. No issues with the process and I now have a wifi network that can keep up with the streaming demands of two teenagers.

I would definately recommend Wildanet
We have now been with Wildanet for 3 weeks and all is great for what we need. It only took 1 mth from first conversation with them to being up and running which coincided with our end of contract with another provider so perfect timing! All teams we spoke with were very polite and efficient at their respective part of the installation. Matt did the final part within the house and was so helpful with the WiFi part to the TV it was much appreciated.
I would definately recommend Wildanet. Thanks guys!

After some initial hiccups finding the right equipment to service the property the installation of the cables went well. The internal installation went smoothly. The engineer Chloe was knowledgeable, very helpful and efficient.

Won’t let me unsubscribe
Won’t let me unsubscribe! Had an initial enquiry with them but decided not to go ahead. Since then constant emails and text messages, I click unsubscribe and text back stop but it doesn’t work. This is completely unacceptable under GDPR. They have to give people the option to opt out and if it’s not working that’s not ok.

Kai and Finn did an excellent job. They have great people skills and dealt with my elderly mother with patience and respect. Neat and clean job, they even hoovered and put furniture back.

We had a complex install which took a few months for Wildanet to arrange but once everything was in place Andy & Ben came and completed the installation of our 2GB line. They were fantastic! Efficient, friendly and very professional. The speed is excellent as described, couldn't be happier!

From my initial contact to haveing full fibre installed, the process was excellent. I had a point of contact at the Liskeard office and was kept up to date throughout.
Now up and running and twice the speed of my previous provider.

They fitted my connection in quickly. Cleaned any mess. Ensured the fibre cable was set above the strimming height outside to ensure non interuption of signal. Everything was explained. Very pleased
