Thank you Bern, we are sorry to hear it has taken so long to get your landline sorted. Our VoIP is contingent on a 3rd party and we are working with them to improve this service to provide a better experience.
We are please that Joe was able to assist though and the Customer Service team were helpful.
We finally got our broadband…
We finally got our broadband connecction after 14 months of waiting (unable to use existing poles etc.) but Derek, Joel and Kai were fantastic in making sure the connection was carried out without fuss, mess or unsightly wires, being very polite and caring during the process. Also it is so nice to speak to people close by who clearly use the same language as I, who were polite and could not be more helpful when helping me set up my phonelines etc. Thankyou Ian Curran and the other team members. Wildanet - A great price for a great service!
I’ve had some bad experiences over the years with previous suppliers and was probably a little harsh and apprehensive when approached by Wildanet. But these guys have turned me around. They’ve been great. Special mention to Marcus and Adriana who have been fantastic to deal with.

I have been e-mailing your company for a couple of weeks because in the changeover to Wildanet we lost land line telephone service. I borrowed a mobile 'phone and spoke to Samantha Powell. In ten minutes, she achieved more than I had previously achieved by e-mail. Knew what she was talking about and explained it to my non-tech brain so that I knew what she was talking about too. Some achievement!

When I had the engineer around to install the WiFi he was absolutely fantastic, awesome sense of humor and well up for a bit of a chat, I couldn’t recommend him enough. A massive thank you to Joshua the engineer and all of the wildanet team!

This afternoon Oliver and Jacob…
This afternoon Oliver and Jacob attended my home to do the installation. What a wonderful professional job they did. Throughout the procedure they consulted with me in a courteous manner and installed the broadband with speed and efficiency. Informing me of the installation and how it would be achieved. Overall I am extremely pleased with the whole process from the engineers who took the fibre cable from the road to the final Installation. Well done to Wildanet

Having suffered from painfully slow…
Having suffered from painfully slow broadband for years I was delighted when Wildanet agreed to providing a fibre connection when no other provider would. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently by techs that were excellent.
All contacts made with the company have been relaxed and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Wildanet.

Good experience of Wildanet installation
Andy was really good. Arrived promptly, talked us through what he was going to do and discussed our options. We wondered if we could have the old cable cut (so we didn't have 2 unsightly cables) and he rang through to his manager to get approval and then did that. Highly recommend him and Ben for installation.

Hi Amy, we can see on your account that you placed an order online on the 8th August, which looks like the same day you left this review. A site survey has been scheduled and an email confirming this went out on the 10th August. In order to bring you fibre we need to survey the location to ensure the best method of installation. An internet provider for Cornwall
Markus at Wildanet has been very helpful and prompt in providing Switch Credit when switching over to them.
They are not a gargantuan machine but a friendly, thoughtful and efficient internet provider.

This company from start to finish has been exceptional. The workmen who sorted the first fit were great completing in a very short time. They were polite and left everything tidy as if no digging had taken place. They arrived a week early too.
The second fix man was also good at his job and explained everything concisely and was very polite and quick at the job.
The communications has been second to none from start to finish. I would 100 % recommend Wildanet and its workforce and management to anyone. Thanks a million. David Lees
