Great product fast service great price

Sold item that wasn't in stock so had to buy from elsewhere however I got a quick refund

Ordered a under sink hot water tap boiler on Friday, arrived Saturday morning.

Perfect and a good price.

Super value shower (half price) and needed within a few days so paid for next day delivery of which to be fair wasn’t that expensive. Item arrived on time and is just what we needed. Faultless company

Appalling customer service. I ordered some bathroom cabinet handles in January as they were listed as in stock on the website. I then got informed that stock would not be available until 13th February. This date came and went, so I emailed them again and was informed that it would now be 21st March. This is totally unacceptable so I requested a refund and they haven't even acknowledged my request. Who knows if I'll ever get my money back. I do NOT recommend and would advise going elsewhere.

Purchased a freestanding bath from this company. Delivery went well. However, on unpacking it was established that the feet were missing (they have to be secured to the floor and then attached to the 'external' feet). I contacted Bathroom House by phone on February 4th and explained the issue. The member of staff advised that she would send an email and I needed to photograph the parts to show what was missing and reply to her email with the photograph(s). The bath was partially assembled at that point (plumber was waiting to install) but sent photos anyway. I received an automatic response confirming receipt of my email and advising that there would be a delay in replying as they were currently responding to emails from w/c DECEMBER 18th.... The member of staff that I spoke to did not, at any point, give any indication of a delay. As I could not afford to be without a bath for 7 weeks I had to source and pay for a part from elsewhere. They were completely inappropriate but the only option for installation (and they were £50).

I purchased from Bathroom house and I have to say the service couldn’t be better, I had a small problem with a damaged item but in phoning Zoey I found that the customer service was exceptional and the small problem I thought I had was sorted next day. A great service that I will no doubt use again and recommend.

Very good taps for bathroom

I ordered a shower November 2023, great product was very happy with it, unfortunately in December 2024 the valve to switch between the shower and taps snapped off, meaning we can’t use the shower and when the taps are on water sprays out where the valve used to be and some of the black paint has chipped off of the shower hose. I contacted bathroom house straight away and received a reply asking what cleaning products I used - to which I replied warm water and a soft cloth - as the unit is black any harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products can damage the finish. I also sent pictures as requested, this was on 02/01, i still have not received a response despite sending several follow up emails.

Awful company, I would give 0 stars if this was an option!
I ordered a bathroom tap over a year ago and as soon as it was fitted it leaked, after having to send photo's and video's proving that the item was faulty they sent me out a replacement cartridge which left me having to pay someone to change this. Even so after this the tap still leaked, several emails and calls to Bathroom-House and no help what so ever. I had to give up in the end as it was so frustrating I couldn't deal with the stress. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Still waiting for it to arrive so no opinion one way or the other! Sure it'll be good tho.

Purchased a item from this company as it advertised next day delivery & paid £49.95, as needed the item urgently, they then contacted me as could not for fill the order as not in stock, could have got it cheaper elsewhere but they assured me the item would be there within the week and a full refund would be given on delivery charge as they could not deliver as promised. When I called back for my refund they gave me £10 and stated they would have never offered me a full refund on carriage and as I didn’t get it in writing they did not want to know, had to chase several times and was told manager would call me back within 24 hours, that also did not happen on 3 occasions, said in email she prefer to email then call but the rest of the team didn’t seem to know this.

Honestly, I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing a big order with this place!!!!
Order arrived and was carefully placed in a room whist we waited for the installation.
On starting the installation we opened the shower tray we purchased, we noticed some damaged under the protective film and hidden behind some edge padding.
I took photos and sent them through and had no reply, I then sent a 2nd email and guess what... no reply.
I then called them and was assured that they would look at the issue and call me back on the same day and guess what..... no callback.
I then called the following day and was told they are really busy and would CALL me back to discuss this.
Then out of the blue came a very poor email saying that I only had 48 hours to report any damage!!
I have replied back stating my disappointment and had no reply.
Irrelevant of the time the damage would still be there.
My word of advice is say well away from this company, I wish I had gone elsewhere.
Also, the customer service is extremely poor.

Finally after almost over 4 months they reply.
What a joke this company is.
They had photos of the damage UNDER the protective film and still do not accept any responsibility.

Unfortunately, the company is not worth recommending!!! Low quality product, and I also received a faulty product, because the shower change reducer does not work. Attempts to contact the seller remain unanswered!!!
