THE POLITE AND HELPFULNESS THAT I GOT FROM JACK WHEN BOOKING MY HOLIDAYS

The holiday went reasonably well until the end when we had a few problems and incurred some cost contacted cruise 1st for help and was told that it’s not our problem. You need to contact the airline. and they offered no further help

An awful experience. The company is always slow. After the initial booking they only want email communications, therfore it is difficult getting questions answered. The whole process from booking to almost traveling has been tedious to say the least. To me, everything seems to be done at the last minute.
The TV channel says their Customer Services are always there......THEY ARE NOT

Another amazing cruise curtesy of the best cruise agents!! We wouldn't go anywhere else- from start to finish their professionalism is outstanding, we add on extra nights , ask for named hotels etc and it's done!! We have another 4 cruises booked and have completed 4 previous Singapore to Sydney, Lisbon to Buenos Aires, New Orleans through central America ,South America, Caribbean and back to New Orleans and just come off a 5 night Florida and then 7 night Bahamas and Mexico
You cannot fault cruise 1st shout out to Michael who handles all our bookings you are ace !!!

Booking process was easy, the staff helpful and knowledgeable. Any changes were easily amended.

Have dealt with Cruise 1st for several years now and have always found them extremely efficient and helpful, providing help and guidance where needed, particularly when putting together a package to include flights and hotels. I have liaised with Michael Thomas on numerous occasions and have found him to be extremely personable and helpful (as well as patient!). Thank you Michael for all of your help and hard work on our behalf.

We were told that the department dealing with flights would contact us within 48hrs it is now 6 days later and no reply!

I’ve used cruise first many times and always found the service to be exceptional. James was amazing booking this trip as it’s quite complicated as I am doing a bit of travelling on my own and then joining my son in New Zealand and he made it very easy! Thoroughly recommend this company

After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the matter through others, Lesley stepped in and handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care.

What impressed me most was her willingness to listen and take ownership of the situation. She resolved the issues within just a couple of hours, achieving what others had been unable to do.
