We had no problems whatsoever making the original booking everything ticked the boxes, we then had to change our dates which incurred some costs (mainly from the cruise company) but the whole package Flights, Hotels & Cruise was changed to suit our needs.
Chelsea at customer service amendments was fantastic, we have used Cruise 1st in the past without concerns, will again & would recommend them to anyone.

Farah was experiened and efficient with getting back to us with options as requested. She understood what was asked and delivered.
