Great service and advice

The booking was carried out by Cruise 1st rep Stephanie Hunter who’s knowledge & excellence was second to none, she booked exactly what we wanted.

Again, a stress-free experience with Cruise 1st.
Everything was very easy to book.
We were kept up to date with arrangements.
All transfers etc were included.
We did have a problem once overseas and this was dealt with quickly by Cruise 1st.

Great booking experience. Highly recommended asking for Freddie if you're booking, great advice and customer service. Was in two minds to book, but after speaking to Freddie booked there and then.

Pauline was very friendly and helpful. She spemt time sorting everything out for me.

We booked an India golden triangle and Dubai cruise for Jan 2027 before Christmas and then on the 20th January 2026 we wanted to change the booking to cruise with Derek in March 2027. We emailed on the 21st Jan as the new offer for the cruise ended on the 31st. We were not contacted back until
the 5 Feb with a quote which was massively around £700 more . Ammendment fee was £100pp which we accept. We have used Cruise 1st a few times ,and we feel this is unacceptable to wait 2 weeks to change dates and be asked to pay a lot more through no fault of our own and left us very disappointed. All in all it's poor customer service.

I advised Cruise 1st of a change to one of our flights made by Air France. As this would mean a much longer wait in Paris before flying to Manchester, we requested to change to an earlier flight. This was agreed by Cruise 1st, but in so doing our seats were changed from Business Class to Economy for all outward and return flights without our permission. I pointed this out and it was sorted, but without even an apology for the mistakes. This was sloppy work and rather rudely dealt with.

Placed reliance on statements made by Derek from The Cruise Channel on making a booking with MSC Poesia. In my view the statements made by Derek were at best misleading and may be more correctly stated as false marketing. It has led me to conclude that the company is more interested in getting money from the cruise companies that it promotes than ensuring that it accurately portrays a cruise experience.

I would emphasize that the cruise was not booked through this company and this is only a review of their promotion material through the Cruise Channel

Everything was straightforward and Farook Razzak from the Customer Experience Team was just so helpful.

Always use cruise1st. Gill works very hard to be as quick and efficiant as possible.

They are very efficient and helpful, able to provide the right information so that you can make the right choice when choosing a cruise

We booked a cruise package with Cruise 1st in November 2024 and paid in full several months ago, including Emirates flights (EK417 Sydney–Dubai). The trip is approaching and the flights have still not been ticketed, meaning we cannot access the Emirates system to pre-book seats.

This is a 14-hour sector and securing legroom seats is very important to us. I have sent two emails requesting confirmation of ticketing and the Emirates PNR but have received no response at all.

All I am asking for is:• clear confirmation of when the flights will be ticketed,• the Emirates booking reference as soon as issued, and• basic communication from customer service.

As the package organiser controls the ticketing date, any loss of suitable seating caused by delayed ticketing would be outside of our control. We have tried to act early and reasonably, but are currently unable to secure seats solely because the tickets have not been issued.

The lack of response is disappointing for a fully paid holiday booked back in November 2024 and is leaving us anxious about seat availability. I hope Cruise 1st will escalate this urgently and make contact.

After wanting two cabins, I made an enquiry on line, and Farak rang me back today, and left me a message. I rang her later and we discussed what I required, she was able to assist me very quickly and get the two cabins with balconies next to each other. She went through everything professionally and thoroughly, making it an easy experience to book and know what we required for the trip from starting off to the end. The price was a real winner too. So thank you Farah. I hope the trip and staff are as good as you are.

When our cruise was cancelled, James contacted us and explained everything so we've booked two other cruises through him (Cruise1st).
