I flew from Frankfurt to Rostov through…
I flew from Frankfurt to Rostov through Prague on October 14, 2018. Paid 650$ round trip for economy.
Delayed twice with no explanations, very uncomfortable seats, super cramped, nothing for free, even water. Nothing was offering in the airport at the pre-boarding area, just a vending machine with sweet drinks, no water.
Lost luggage, when delivered four(!) days later, it was damaged and no information. I know better that it is pointless to complain.

På grund af virksomhed i CZ flyver jeg frem og tilbage med Czech Airlines hver anden uge og kan konstatere at de fleste flyver med håndbagage, som placeres på de dertil indrettede trollies, hvorefter bagagen placeres i lastrummet. De fleste medbringer så enten en computer taske eller lille rygsæk i kabinen, som placeres i de stort set tomme lockers og det fungerer fint....indtil jeg skulle retur torsdag d. 11.10.2018 kl 07:05 hvor jeg blev udsat for en urimelig grov behandling og nærmest fik råbt ind i hovedet at man kun måtte medbringe 1 stk bagage, indtil jeg endelig fik lov til at betale for at få min tilladte håndbagage med i lastrummet vel at mærke.
Man kan faktisk ikke klage over deres service....for den er ikke eksisterende !!

My flight was delayed more than 2 hours without any compensation or announcement. The flight attendants were so aggressive and rude that it ruined my flight (I literally got yelled at for asking where the bathroom is). One of my luggages came out with a huge dent on its side. I would never use this company ever again.
Definitely one of the worst airlines…
Definitely one of the worst airlines ever! Especially the customer service! On June the 1st we were supposed to fly from Madrid to Pragye at 15:20. The flight was delayed just a hair short of 3 hours. And in a way that they kept moving the new boarding time back and forth a couplr of times so we couldn't even leave the gate to go eat something because we didn't know if they will start boarding if we left for half an hour to get a sandwich. Then we finally boareded... and waited another 30 min in the plane! Then when we finally took off, the plane was EMPTY!! They had a couple of packets of peanuts FOR A 3 HOUR FLIGHT! The whole plane was starving!!! Of course, I barely made my connecting flight to Zagreb and didn't get a chance to gtab something to eat at Prague airport - and the Zagreb plane didn't have any food either!!!!! So even if you want to buy the food (because they sure as hell won't give you any for free!) you CAN'T!!!!! And then I finally arrived to Zagreb thankful that the nightmare is finally over, but noooooo.... they destroyed my backpack that was jn the hold! A gaping hole through 2 layers of waterproof cloth so that the even managed to destroy my cosmetic bag in the big inner compartment! And nobody gives a damn! Supposedly their destroyed baggage service has 30 working days legal time to contact you... they only contacted me after 45 wotking days (2 months) and after numerous emails. And then had the audacity to offer me 50% of the value of the destroyed property IN VAUCHERS!!!!! Like I'm ever going to fly with them again!!!! And now it's been a month and they are ignoring me again!!!!
Really bad customer service in Czech airlines!
We lost our flight (OK 481, Hel 15:40 – Praha 16:48, 8.4.2018) and same time we lost also our return flight (OK 480, Praha 11:42 – Hel 14:37, 14.4.2018) in Czech Airline company.
We arrived to the Helsinki airport more than hour before check in closed. But then… Employees of flying company didn’t accept to take us into airplane.
I had six students with me (three 16 and three 17 years old) and as being the aged as they are my travel agency marked them as children. But – Czech A thought as being children they are under 12 years old… So – even though birthdays were correct, they didn’t let us into airoplane! Only because the travel agency thinks children are under 18 and flying company thinks children are under 12 years old!
The carrier emloyees didn’t help us in any way. Just told us to to take contact to our travel agency. So I did. While phoning we asked two more time emloyees to help us in any way but no. They didn’t do anything for us! Didn’t even give us any advice. And later my travel agency said flying company should have (and were able to) helped us!
Finally check in closed. How stressed and angry I was.
Fortunately some other airport stuff wanted to help us. The only possibility left was to buy cheapest flying tickets possible for the same day. With internet sites it wasn’t anymore possible. So – I paid 2518,68 € extra with my own personal visa card! Bit was I distressed about it!
During this week I got info that flying company should have been able to help us! To change our flying tickets the way we could have used them. Or buy new ones for the same plane. Maybe to pay more but anyway less I did now. My travel agency is guilty to the situation but so is czech airlines!!! Value of their service is less than zero!!!
I also sent two emails to the flying company to ask about subject but no answer. As I wrote before - no service at all!!!

Ville egentlig gerne give nul stjerner hvis jeg kunne. Ikke eksisterende service og helt umuligt at få svar når man henvender sig. Flyver ALDRIG med dem igen.
Missed connecting flight
Missed connecting flight. Called Czech Airlines and they wouldn't assist. Submitted a complaint last year. They don't give you a reference number. They don't have the resources to handle and respond to complaints. As such, spend that little bit extra and avoid Czech Airlines.
I had a scheduled flight
I had a scheduled flight, from Prague to Venice, today 14/05 at 5:15 p.m. I made the check in through the counter, I cleared the suitcase and when I go to where the flight is addressed, I pass through the scanner the boarding passes and it says "flight canceled". I go back to where I had checked in and they confirm that they had canceled it. In this way I lost the hotel night I had paid in Venice. TODAY I AM STILL WITH NO NEWS !!! NOBODY OF THE AIRLINE CONTACT ME !!!

Jeg har skrevet tidligere og den 23. juli har jeg sendt reklamation til jer - med krav på en mistet klapvogn(dkr. 999,00) - jeg har flere gange talt med kontoret i København - vente, vente - da I havde travlt.

synes ikke, I har megen styr på det hele - bl.a. i lufthavnen fik vi at vide, at vi ikke havde betalt for baggage og jeg havde heldigvis papir på, at der var betalt for 3 bagage frem og tilbage -
Har ikke megen tiltro til jer - har da rejst tidligere med jer og der var ingen problemer :(

Det mest uprofessionelle og dovne flyselskab jeg har fløjet med til dato. Forsinkelser hvergang, samt manglede information hele vejen rundt. Alt i alt et retaderet flyselskab, anbefaler man benytter et andet selvskab.

At the gate I’m told I have a economy light ticket and I cannot bring a cabin suitcase+ laptop bag with me on the plane. At the same time, a guy in the second line in my same situation was let go with two items after 10seconds of arguing.
When I tryied to complain and ask for explanation, I was told to measure my words (when I didn’t even use a single curse word despite the frustration) if I didn’t want to pay an extra 35€. Threaten a client? Seriously???
On top of that, I already had a checked bag and they didn’t tell me anything about the second item problem at the check in desk.
I don’t consider this acceptable in 2018. Hire better staff and take actions on bad employees. Will avoid and descourage friends in flying with this company until I read better reviews
Terrible service
Avoid at all costs.
They charged me extra for seats I haven't changed, delayed my flight, cancelled it, and changed it for a new flight that also got delayed. Arrived more than 6 hours later than I should.
In the flight airhosts changed my bag's placemen without my consent, and squished it into a small space. They denied me changing places to seat with a friend, but later changed their acquaintances' seats to the emergency exit row. They were unfriendly and unhelpful.
The check-in call center I used could not do anything to help with checking in my flight either, because "our system cannot allow it", and blamed me for not doing the check in properly.
Avoid at all costs, as it will only bring you unnecessary trouble.

Worst company I have ever experienced.
Due to technical error i could not do check in online. So i called em and they said its going to be Ok on AirPort and for free.
At the AirPort they charged my whole family £9 each And they said if i dont want to Pay i can do online check in next time.
Red head lady who didnt want to tell me her name with her colleague at Birmingham AirPort was extremely rude and said if i do not like their policy i can’t go somewhere else.
Never more. Even ryan air is better Omg.

Robbed my boy and his friends, airline canceld flight and dont repay full amount, czech airlines is the only responsible for this and still claim fee.
Criminals, and reading here it is all clear.

Manglende forståelse og tilbagemelding
At et fly bliver forsinket, er desværre hvad der kan ske. Men måden Czech airlines valgte at håndtere situation på efterfølgende er smagløs. Vores fly var 7 timer forsinket (Prag-CPH), vi hørte intet fra personalet ved informationen og ingen kunne fortælle os noget. Endelig efter 2 timers venten fik vi alle en voucher på 200czk hver, som skulle dække et måltid grundet forsinkelse. 200czk kunne lige godt og nok give en stor kop kaffe - og derfor måtte man selv punge ud for et måltid.
Da vi kom hjem og søgte om kompensation hørte vi intet fra dem i 1½ månedet. De prøvede virkelig at tie den ihjel. Efter utallige opkald, lykkes det endelig mig (1 ud af 3 rejsende) at komme i kontakt med deres afdeling for kompensation. Jeg har nu fået udbetalt min del, men de to andre rejsende har intet hørt fra dem og bliver bedt om at sende en mail.
Derudover fik jeg ikke kompensation for vores måltid købt på egen regning, da de mener at de 200czk er i overensstemmelse med regler fra EU og de har gjort deres. Hvis jeg ikke mener dette kan jeg hive dem i retten - er deres tilbage svar.
Alt i alt meget uheldig behandling fra Czech Airlines side.

BEWARE - do not put ANYTHING of value in your carry on.
We took a week's break to Prague. At the check-in desk we were offered to put our cabin luggage in the hold - for free - JOY! This is where things got sketchy. Stickers on the bags, they zipped off to wherever suitcases go and we toddled off to find some breakfast.
Get to Prague and unpack my son's suitcase and lo and behold his Nintendo Switch was gone.
Right. I realise that something of that value shouldn't be in his suitcase, but a) we forgot it was there in the hustle and bustle of the check in/airport experience and b) we have NEVER EVER had anything of any sort (valuable or not) go missing from checked luggage anywhere in the world.
The airline didn't want to know.
When you entrust your belongings to anyone, you have the expectation that they will be looked after by whatever sub-contractor they have on board to facilitate their services. If this is a regular occurrence, where luggage handlers help themselves to whatever comes their way - WHY on earth does the airline still allow them to handle their customer's luggage?
You will see luggage wrapping businesses at the airport - USE THEM! This way you know absolutely that they can't get in and nick your stuff.
Update - unpacked my suitcase back in the UK and a necklace (£15 value tops!) is gone.

Do not fly with czech airlines!!! Flight to prague was okay but flight on way back was awful. Checked in ans got told our cabin case was fine and would fit in to cabin storage. Went to board the plane and got stopped abruptly by staff saying our cabin case was too big and to measure it in basket. There was another couple who were also very distressed aa they had been stopped also and was getting spoken to like crap by a staff member. I put my case in the basket and it fit but was still told it was too big and that we had to pay 40 euro with an extra charge of 10 euros because we didnt check it in at the start. We explained that the lady at check in checked all of our cabin cases and said they were fine but they did not care. We also said that we flew with them on our way out to prague and the cabin case did fit in to the overhead storage but again they did not care and shouted at us saying that if we did not pay then we would get chucked off of the flight! I have never ever been treated so awfully! I took photos of our cabin case in the sizing basket and emailed the airline who refused to give us a refund for reasons that didnt even make sense, couldnt even understand the email they sent back to us. Was planning on going away with czech airlines again in june with a group of 10 for my dads 60th but the issue was never sorted and so I would never fly with them ever again. Awful awful airline with rude, arrogant staff!!
Worst national airline that the country could have.
I had return flight from Amsterdam-Prague and Prague to Incheon. I asked them in September if I can skip the Amsterdam-Prague flight and agent said yes, I can skip the flight without any problem.
I wanted to double check and called them day before the flight to make sure everything is in order.
And when I called the customer support, the agent said the person who emailed me made the mistake and I need to take the flight from Amsterdam-Prague or else the entire flight will be cancelled. They are accepting that the agent made the mistake, even so I need to pay for flight change fare in order to cover for their agent's mistake. If I trusted the words of the email from the customer support and went to the airport to find out that my entire flight is cancelled what would you be yourself if you were in my shoes?
The company made the mistake in informing me that I can skip the flight, however, over the phone another agent is saying that was wrong information and I need to pay for the class change fee in order for me to skip the Amsterdam-Prague flight. I firmly believe that it is the company mistake who has to cover the class chaging fee of 3027 CZK I paid for.
Also, Bogdan (name of the agent) was so rude over the phone that he is saying he will turn the phone off if I carry the conversation. They do not train their agents with soft skills at all!! This is unacceptable service ever, nobody does not hang up on customer's phone unless there was any swear words or shouting and I and my friend was so polite towards the agent.
They do not solve customer's problem by causing more problem to me! What kind of customer service is this that this airlines have? I claim that the complaints team to kindly review my case to fully refund the extra fee I had paid for upon the customer agent's mistake as it is my financial impact towards the company's mistake.
Cancelled flight
My flight was cancelled without a given reason. I had scheduled two flights right after each other. From Aarhus to Prague at landing in Prague at 11:40 and the next flight should have been at 12:15. They cancelled the 12:15 flight and said I can catch an earlier one at 11:55. However this was not a possibility as there has to be at least 30 min time for changing the planes between the flights. I chose this specific connection despite the price because it was the quickest way to get to my final destination. Czech Airlines rebooked my second flight to 17:35 where now I have to wait for 6 hours at the airport. This situation happened to my friend too and again on another flight. Not content with their services at all. I still require a compensation for my lost time and difficulties handling the situation.
