Åk aldrig med detta flygbolag Chezch airline bliv hotad till döds av passkontroll gubben för att jag frågade varför han skrik att jag inte gav han passet öppen . Flygplatsen Prag är rena katastrof kallt i flygplatsen nästan minus grader det är gjort med meningen bara för att ska man sätta sig och vila så måste man gå till nått café svindyrt annars så har man några riktigt obekväma stolar att sätta sig på . Omöjligt att hitta en ligg plats om man har en lång Vänte tid . Bagage ingår inte en väska kostar 50 euro flygplanen är gamla propel plan som flyger till Sverige vatten kostar 3 euro café 3 euro otrevlig personal obekväm flygsäten

I left Gothenburg Sweden on the 18th …

I left Gothenburg Sweden on the 18th August to fly to Baku Azerbaijan on arrival in Baku and waited for my baggage to be unloaded. After seeing all the other passengers collect their baggage I realized mine was not on board. I reported the loss to the baggage people in Baku and was given a form. Since then I have tried to contact CSA in Gothenburg with no look.
The bag is not a small one its big and green lol

Poor and rude on board service

Poor and rude on board service, not worth the savings. An airline can be low cost but that is not equivalent to rude on board service. We flew twice and the situation on board repeated itself

Rude staff!!

Rude staff!!! Flew with this company first time and the last!!! Never again!

OMG, never had such a horrible flying experience. Once in a while you do get bad delays, lost luggage and all the hassle with any company, but these lot are just rude obnoxious crowd!
The check in desk most unhelpful ever!

it's a scam

it's a scam, i had only one baggage that i must paid, but they removed from my credit card price for two baggage, their support doesn't help and I need wait each their response about 20-30 hours, I don't recommend use this company! It was first and last time when I use their services. I can't imagine that airlines earn money that way

CZECH airlines leker katt o råtta lek med kund vid skadat bagage.

Deras anmälningsfunktion för skadat bagage på deras hemsida fungerar inte! Mailadressen Landvetter airport hänvisar till där har ingen svarat mig på tre veckor. Nordiska företrädare på telefonnummer +4688306610 känner till att det är problem på hemsidan och upplyser om att pop up meddelande med error är inget att bry sig om. När jag ringer upp dem efter ytterligare en vecka får jag en ny mailadress till Czechairlines. Företrädaren Carsten Hein svarar att jag ska kontakta rätt departement utan att ge mig kontaktdetaljer trots att jag ingående förklarat alla problem. Helt sanslöst
De har tydligen strategin att trötta ut kunden genom att skicka runt dem för att bli av med skadeståndsanspråk.

Unakzeptabel & unverschämt

So I´d like to use this chance to tell you a story which happened last Sunday, coming from Prague going to Madrid.

It started about 30min before Check-in that employees of that airline informed every passenger about the limits of their hand luggage which is - as usual - restricted. There was surely something going on in their minds as they were going through the lines and advising every 3rd passenger that he or she should weigh and measure their bags.

After standing up to be in line, ready for boading, one of their friendly employees asked me to do such thing with my bag even though they intensely looked at my bags before.

I did as I had been told to do and everything was fine, the bags were accepted by a male employee (the only one working there by the way) while the whole work and stress had been executed by a blonde and relatively small woman of about 30-35 years of age. Said woman came back to stand in between the two lines for boarding. While intensively searching for oversized bags for the 4th time, she first tried to get to my girlfriend´s one which was fairly small and even she noticed it was a dumb idea to discuss about it. Next second, she was looking at mine, her face changed into one that expresses "I finally got it" while I immediately told her that it had been checked before, her male colleague confirmed again. She was looking at me, really searching for something to make money out of and was stuck with my backpack which basically every passenger had (already on board!) and with the right size. Her colleague revised his opinion immediately, leaving me hanging there without standing up for what he told me before. A large dispute rose for about 10-15min with the WORST TREATMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Looking intensively for money the way those guys did, WITHOUT ANY REASON, ANY ARGUMENT, ANY PROOF, WITHOUT OBJECTIVITY is a disgrace and they should be disgusted by this behaviour.
Arguing with "new policy" in that manner, should never be allowed in a public space.

They damn well knew why they only did it for the return flight. Stressing out THEIR OWN CLIENTS like they were the ultimate dirt, so they have to be "fighting" and planning together so nobody had to be charged for this ridiculous "new" norm, and eventually bursting out with applause when we managed to change bags in order not to pay... that is what they want?

The service ON PLANE has been exactly the same, they totally miscalculated the amount of bags on board and that is why they wanted people to pay for it. Stewardesses were not friendly at all, did not even look for a spot to put our NORMAL SIZED BAGS into.

I have been on many flights and they always try to make some space, advise passengers about their luggage and so on.... Not even tried here!!

Sorry but this is incredible unprofessional that I will never fly with them - ever - again. A shame that they have a pretty good route to Prague from within Europe. But everybody who will be crossing my path and is telling me that he wants to go there, I will tell not to go with those guys.

Keine Reklamation ohne Anwalt / No compensation without lawyer

We had a 2 hours and 59 minutes delay in Prague so we didn't get our change flight and the next possible aa well. We had to stay at the airport (because of no visa) for 24 hours! We have got a voucher for 5 euro p. P. for a whole day although a breakfast already costs 20 euros at the airport of Moscow. After our vacation I wrote three times the complain form at their website and has got all three times the confirmation that they has got my claim. After that I contacted the customer center. They told me I didn't write any claims (that was more an assumption than information!) and I should try once more or write a letter and send it to Czech Airlines. I went directly to a service that is working for customers to get their compensation (similar like lawyer) because I don't play that games! After that everything went really fast (3 weeks) and I have got the confirmation that they paid the compensation.

Don't be afraid to contact a lawyer or similar services, otherwise you will maybe never see your compensation!

Wir hatten eine Verspätung von 2 Stunden und 59 Minuten woraufhin wir im Moscower Airport 24 Stunden bleiben mussten (hatten kein Visum). Ein Wertgutschein für 5 Euro pro Person für den ganzen Tag hat nicht mal für den Frühstück gereicht (20€ p.P,). Nach unserem Urlaub habe ich über das Reklamationstool auf der Czech airlines Website entsprechend Reklamation eineleitet (3 Mal!) und eine Bestätigung erhalten, dass die Reklamation angekommen ist. Keine Antwort! Kunden Center hat mir unterstellt, dass ich keine Reklamation eingereicht habe (auch nachdem ich Screenshots der Bestätigungen zugeschickt habe) und ich kann nur über das Tool reklamieren oder einen Brief zuschicken. Kunden Center kann angeblich keine Reklamationen an das Reklamationscenter weiter schicken! Diese Spielchen wollte ich nicht mehr mitmachen und habe mich an einen Anbieter gewendet, der Entschädigungen von den airlines einfordert (ähnlich wie Anwalt). Nach 3 Wochen habe ich die Info erhalten, dass Czech Airlines das Geld überwiesen hat.

Scheut euch nicht und wendet euch an Anwälte oder solche Anbieter!

Good customer service and easy flight

The flight from Copenhagen to Prague was great, even though it was 20 minutes delayed. Professional service on board, and no frictions.

We wanted to add an extra baggage, which was not possible on their Website application. However, the service on the telephone was great - within 15 minutes they added the baggage without problems.

Good price for a flight, and can be highly recommended for a short flight.

Horrible service

When I called inquiring about our booking, the representative was rude, arrogant, unhelpful and made me regret that I booked with them. No sign of respect. Will never use the service again.

An Airline from another time

This month, I traveled roundtrip from Copenhagen to Prague. The ticket was issued by an agency in Denmark on behalf of Czech Airlines. The ticket was given a weight limit on baggage of 23 kg regardless of Czech Airlines a month earlier had set the weight limit down to 15 kg.
In Copenhagen I was made aware of the error by the company that on Czech Airlines behalf did the check-in. Check-in was done the old fashioned way, as Czeck Airlines as the the only company is not affiliated with the electronic check-in (!). The lady at the counter had the sensible option that the company had to clarify the mistake with their agent. It was, of course not the customers problem that an error of that character was made on the ticket.
On departure from Prague on May 6 my suitcase still weighed over 15 kg because I wanted my stuff with me back home. Czech Airlines insisted on receiving payment for "overweight" in Prague. A summoned supervisor (M .. L .. service no 60569) showed no sense of the problem. If I wanted my suitcase on the plane, I had to pay.
It is really incredible that a customerin 2015 may experience that kind of attitudes. It is probably only in an old-fashioned State owned enterprise that has survived all the political changes, you can get out of that kind of attitude. It is a very long way before Czech Airlines will reach a servece level, Western travelers expect. So there may be a good reason to think twice before you buy a ticket with Czech Airlines.

Better than most airlines !

As a scandinavian travelling quit a few trips a year, I must say that CSA does a Great job. Its the level of service in the cabin and the crews attention that suprised me. Free snacks and drink service and very polite and helpful crew. Im sure they cash in a much smaller paycheck than SAS Airline crew, but it goes unnoticed.

Good job CSA ! I will fly you next time going to CZ

Jederzeit wieder

Also, ich bin schon einige Male mit CSA geflogen, unter anderem von A nach B und von B nach C geflogen, also quer durch ganz Europa. Leute, was soll ich Euch sagen, es waren mit die besten Flüge, die ich je hatte. Und ich bin wirklich schon ganz schön rumgekommen im Laufe der Jahre! Die Crew war immer sehr freundlich, dazu gab es kostenlose Drinks und leckere Snacks.
Egal ob Boeing oder Airbus – die Flugzeug waren immer sehr sauber und auch technisch immer auf dem neuesten Stand. Gerade beim Sitzabstand könnten sich so manche so genannte Premium-Airlines an CSA ein Beispiel nehmen. Unterm Strich wirklich einsame Spitze. Ich werde künftig öfter mit CSA fliegen. Wetten, dass?

Forskellige regler og afpresning

Bestilte flybiletter gennem et rejsebureau; men måtte selv søge al information på czechairlines.com

Disse søgninger blev unødigt besværlige af at selskabet åbenbart hele tiden skifter regler, og det var meget svært at regne ud, hvilke regler man skulle holde sig til afhængigt af, hvornår man havde købt billetterne og hvornår man skulle rejse.

På udturen så det dog ud som om, det var lykkedes.

På hjemturen gik det ikke helt så godt, og det endte med, de bommede os for gebyr for at få transporteret vore ski hjem, på trods af at en tilkaldt supervisor fik lov at læse det regelsæt, vi havde printet ud, og at vi intet havde betalt på udturen. Det var: Betal eller efterlad dine ski!! Det kalder jeg afpresning.
