I ordered a 2 and 3 seater sofa from FiF and I am very impressed. Communication was fantastic, delivery was spot on as we needed help bringing it into the home and they did this for us no problem. The sofas are beautiful and really good quality, I will not hesitate to order again in the future

Absolutely brilliant response from the company when I came up with a problem when making up my furniture.
Quick email, replied promptly and either they would send a new part or I could just drill the hole through which was easily done and they offered me a 5% repayment for my inconvenience.
What a result.
Great company to deal with. I’ve bought quite a bit of stuff now and I will definitely order from them again

My order was not in stock but they rang…
My order was not in stock but they rang me straight away to make me aware it would be a month before it was back in stock and made sure I still wanted to go ahead. I received weekly emails keeping me updated. As soon as it was back in stock I had delivery updates and it arrived very quickly, the delivery men got in touch the day before delivery and gave me a three hour window, then text me when they were a few minutes away, they were very polite and respectful of my property. I am very pleased with my order and the service I received. I would definitely order from them again.
