Ordered several sale items, at fabulous prices... & each and every one of them smell amazing, this company has provided me with many classically crafted perfumes over the years& never faultered on service or quality, if a gift is needed , I can rely on Pecksniffs to accommodate

As a personal choice I brought the ginger and patchouli fragrance oil and it’s a superb aroma in fact people have stopped me and asked what I’ve got on so I told them what it is and where to buy it from.

From ordering through to delivery it was very quick with excellent service all around.

I would recommend family, friends and anyone that asks which I’ve done.

My wife and mother in law travelled 1 hour 40 mins round trip to find you were closed! Your website said you were open.
When they were there another couple turned up and they said this was the third time they had visited and found you shut!
If you were involved in a near death experience I will accept that but what is your excuse? Really not happy.

Fastest shipping on earth!! I love pecksniffs. Been using their handsoaps for years and loved the sandalwood and vanilla hand lotion. Great customer service too.

I still haven't received my order. Now Fedex has asked for a translation of the invoice. Previously, they asked for a description of each item on the invoice, then they asked for the alcohol content percentage. This isn't even funny anymore. I really like your products, but I will never buy anything from your website again.

Ordered some products I had not tried before. Nothing wrong with them, but they did not WOW me the way the Bathe Soak always does.

Absolutely love these products and have recently bought a wide range of bath foams, handwashes and candles for myself and as presents. Beautifully presented and well wrapped. Although I didn't have the greatest experience with the delivery company, I was at least able to get through and speak with someone and they were helpful when I did ring to complain, that aside the products are lovely.

I love this company ! it makes a refreshing change to have good customer service. I received a gift of bath soak for my birthday and loved it so i decided. to order more . the parcel arrived the next day well packed and good courier service. unfortunately one of the bottles got damaged in transit. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement. it arrived the next day. so i would not hesitate to recommend Peck Sniffs to anyone who wants good value, good quality products and the most excellent customer service.

Beautiful candles, lovely scents and best of all they burn evenly!! I purchased Pecksniffs and Olivia Blake in many different fragrances all are gorgeous. My favourite however, is ginger flower and patchouli.
I won’t buy candles from anywhere else. I bought one for my sister at Christmas and she has already been online and treated herself to more.
They are the best by far.
