When I ordered the goods , it said 1-3 (working) days, it is 7 now and no information about the delivery. It was a graduation gift and the day passed.

Product in perfecte staat. Goede service.

Refurbished apple watch gekocht, leek in eerste instantie goed. Echter na een jaar perongeluk mee in bad geweest (max 5 min), nu laadt hij niet meer op.. Waarschijnlijk waterschade. Gezien de apple watch hier eigenlijk gewoon tegen moet kunnen denk ik dat er mee geknoeid is voor ik hem kreeg.. Klantenservice geeft niet thuis en stuurt me door naar apple zelf, lekker makkelijk! Super slechte service!

Only got my Apple Watch in the post this morning it turned on for a few hours after I charged it but now after using it for a few hours it has stopped working completely I tryed charging it again and using a different charger but nothing. Not good enough.

I bought a refurbished Samsung watch arrived quickly and was in really excellent condition only a small scratch on the side but barely noticeable, came well packaged and with a charger.

Oplichters! Niet hier kopen! Verkeerde telefoon ontvangen waarvan ze zelf zeiden die niet te verkopen. De lader die erbij zat was van weer een andere telefoon. Na veel moeite en heen en weer mailen een retourformulier gekregen. Maar voordat ik kon retourneren moest ik al mijn gegevens en accounts wissen, terwijl eventuele schade aan het toestel voor mijn rekening zou zijn. Toestel moest vervolgens worden opgestuurd naar Portugal maar dat heb ik niet aangedurfd door bovengenoemde eisen. Toestel was niet duur maar wel waardeloos en onbruikbaar. Dus weggegooid geld.

Goede winkel. Prettig contact met medewerker. Verzending duurde wel wat langer.

In eerste instantie was het model niet op voorraad, ipv bericht dat er kosteloos een upgrade zou komen. “Helaas”, bij het ontvangen bleek het om hetzelfde model te gaan. Geen probleem! Maar zeg dan niet dat het eerste model er niet is

The apple watch I bought didn't work. I bought it by refurbed.be Because I thought I would have it quick. But because it came from Portugal it took long. Now I have to sent it back to Portugal where they want to repair it. Instead of giving the money back. I leave on holiday next week and I wanted to use it on my trails.

I received my tracking number 1 day before it arrived the watch is great and works completely fine but I am a bit disappointed in the delivery system. Also the customer service told me that I would receive my trucking number with the watch so that is completely useless.

Kwaliteit van mijn apple watch 9 RVS ziet uit als nieuw.

Lieferung hat sehr lange gedauert.
Produkt war in einem desolaten Zustand.

Leider hat der Händler mehr als 10 Tage gebraucht um die Ware zu versenden. An dieser Stelle hätte ich mir mehr Support durch Refurbed gewünscht. Erst ein Anruf bei dem Händler brachte Bewegung in die Sache. Meine Anfragen an Refurbed wurden nicht durch Refurbed gelöst.

Bought a phone through back market from these. It broke after 3 months!! The 12 months warranty they say it has doesn't exist it's a total SCAM.
AVOID they also trade under different names EZY GADGETS they have terrible reviews. Just a money grabbing company!!

It took some time for you to ship my product and for me to get a tracking number but otherwise it was pretty good. Then it takes wery long to ship it but I think that’s fedexes fault.
