Hello, i ordered a Sony Xperia 5 Mk III in the beginning of March 2025.
The price and the delivery of the phone was very good. In fact it arrived very fast upon ordering.
The phone i bought had the rating Class C (optical blemishes but technical alright).
Unboxing the phone revealed the phone was clearly used and had a few little scratches (especially at the fingerprint butten) which was all good because i knew what i had ordered and everything worked fine in the first week, so no technical flaws.
So far so good, i was very happy because i dont care how the phone looks as long as it works.

But then, a bit more than a week later, the powerbutton/ fingerprint sensor, stopped working. Not only the sensor for the finger identification, but also the button which means it is not possible to push it.
the day after it happened i sent a message via the refurbed website to you and got no answer.
I also tried a second time per mail, but still no one answered.
I am pretty displeased right now and hope that this rating is getting somewhere and someone reads it!

The watch is not compatable with my s24ultra samsung i should have been informed of this before purchase
