Excellent customer service - very helpful. Darcy resolved an issue with my order quickly and with no fuss. The mistake was made by me when I ordered so I appreciated it being sorted out without any fanfare. Much appreciated & will definitely use again.

Hannah W was 5 star and sorted my issue quickly because she is a real human. But again I am disappointed overall because I was not pro actively contacted when a Scottish Charity number was unrecognised even though there was a job pending and this was noted on the job/system. I also find the bot on live chat pretty ineffective and infuriating.

Last minute order
I had a last minute order for a banner that needed pushing through for next day delivery. There was an issue with the file and Zak talked me through exactly how I could send it across to them and then placed the order immediately for me. He was really helpful & friendly - definitely recommend!

I wasn't entirely convinced with the proofing mechanic on the website before checkout and so I planned to call just to ensure they received my notes for the artwork. Brilliant service
Brilliant service - Sinead absolutely went the extra mile! I'd got a quote for a charity print job but hadn't registered as a charity customer on the Solopress website. Sinead stayed on the phone while I submitted the application and got the whole thing processed while I waited as I was on a tight deadline. She saved me over £70. I will definitely get print through Solopress again. Thank you!

Brilliant Experience with Royal Mail Door to Door Order
Really appreciated our time and support from Solopress throughout our order. We had a Door to Door collection from Royal Mail and they ensured all packaging fit Royal Mail's guidelines, was delivered by our collection time and even labeled everything with Royal Mail's collection labels for us. Sinead was brilliant and offered support and updates throughout the process to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely run a large order through Solopress again!
