I ordered a set of business cards that…
I ordered a set of business cards that arrived with an unsatisfactory finish perhaps due to a machinery fault.
I contacted customer service to raise the issue and the representative, Molly, quickly ordered the replacement cards which arrived the following day.
The final quality of the cards are great and the time it took for the company to rectify an issue was excellent.

Fantastic customer service! Especially Zak. Had two calls with him as I needed a rush job... and I supplied the artwork with a typo! - He helped update my order on the second call and STILL get the order confirmed and sent to print in time.

Great staff, great website, great company
Have been using SoloPress for a few years now as I've found no other company that can touch them for value for money, digital efficiency, speed of delivery and personal service. When do you ever get all four? As an example, I've just had an urgent request to print something a colleague needs for an important event. We set up and paid for the entire order online, including uploading artwork, which was all super quick and simple. But the earliest available delivery date was a day too late (only 3 business days but we needed 2). So I picked up the phone and rang them. Zach answered, went through to the production team and came back within 2 minutes to say they would squeeze it in and get it to us in time. They are always like this. They also have loads of info on their website to guide you through all the technical specifications that go along with printing. That's how i finally got the colours on our printed materials looking vibrant. Great staff, great website, great company.
