Wonderful company and Customer Service
A wonderful company and a great customer service experience. The pair I wanted was out of stock but the customer service representative, Mika, was kind enough to let me know when they were back in stock. Upon ordering them they said they were delivered but hadn’t arrived. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and cooperative at tracking down the package. Finally it arrived and they are perfectly as expected. It is still too soon to review the efficacy, but I have a good feeling that they will work wonders for me. Thank you Swanwick!

Love my night time Swannies that fit over my glasses. Had another pair from a different brand and so flimsy and continued to break. These are very sturdy. This is an update to the original review below. The merchant has made good on the exchange. It was received as of today. Much appreciated. Thank you.
I ordered Classic Night Swannies and tried to do an exchange for a different size. I never received the exchange. they said it was delivered by DHL who just dropped it off in the mailroom area of an apartment building, without me knowing of delivery. I tried to reach out to customer support days later to check status and was told it was delivered almost 2 weeks prior. Tried to find out what we can do and no response, no refund, no exchange, no resolution. They just took my money. Small companies are typical of this practice, poor customer support after they take your money.

Hoping things get better! I…
I have followed the instructions I received with the nighttime glasses, wearing them the prescribed amount of time before going to bed. I’ve slept 2 to 3 hours and then have been awake 2 to 3 hours in the middle of the night. Maybe I just need more time for my body to adjust. It’s only been three nights. My fingers are crossed for better results in the future!

I have been using my Swannies for the past 3 nights. I usually wake up several times during the night. I have not woken up at all! Not sure if it is the Swannie-effect, but it seems to be working!!! I am thrilled.

I can see clearly now my eyes are protected
Love my prescription Swannies! I must admit it took a couple of purchases to find the right size & color I liked, however this company truly went above and beyond in making sure I got what I needed & wanted. This company was recommended by my mentor (an expert who teaches about us about how we self sabotage). He wears his during online zoom classes & suggested Swanwick to all his clients. What really sold me was their 30 day money back guarantee & excellent customer service. I ended up getting a large pair of progressive daytime Swannies & use them all the time…they’re even great for reducing the glare of LED headlights from oncoming traffic at night! I just wish they had more colors & options, so that I can purchase another pair. Special thx to Mika in customer service for following up & making sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.

FIVE STAR PRODUCT
I’d like to start by saying that I really love my Swannies! I ordered them for a trip to England as I knew there would be lots of blue light interference. Unfortunately the shipping was not quite as prompt as I imagined and I ended up going without them. I then contacted them to see if they’d send me a pair there but there was a mix up with my email on my end. They were open to that resolution!
At any rate when I got home my swannies were there and I was very impressed with them. I wear them every night when we sit down to watch a movie and they work wonderfully! I bought the regular fit over pair and they work nicely with my prescription glasses.
I highly recommend. And I’m hoping they will be able to tighten up the shipping so it’s a bit more quick.
All in all would buy again and do recommend.

too big, no response from company to return
I ordered a size regular since there was no "small" option. There are way too big. I sent an email asking how to return since they said everything can be returned. It's been a few days, and I have not received a response from a human.
I have since heard back from the company and have settled on a satisfactory solution.

I have no problems with the product
I have no problems with the product. Recommend. However, I have to keep cleaning the lens. That may be my fault, or lens quality issues. Dont know. Maybe Im touching it too much, but it always has finger prints on it.

We recommend using a microfiber cloth and lens cleaner for the best results. Also, handling the glasses by the temples rather than the lenses can help minimize fingerprints.

Going the Extra Mile
My original purchase was sent out very quickly from the day I ordered. However, I noticed that the shipping status seems to be on hiatus and has not changed. I then reached out to customer support to inform them about this. Melanie was the one who assisted me throughout my journey. Melanie initiated a request to their delivery partner and got a reply that we can only check in after 45 days.
I did just that once the 45-day timeline was up. Melanie then assigned me to send a second package with my order. I am happy to say that I got the second package and is now enjoying my Swanwick glasses.
Kudos to Melanie and the team for ensuring that I get what I paid for.

Great Product, Average Customer Service, Poor Shipping
I came to Swanwick Sleep on the recommendation of Dr. Jockers as I had multiple poor experiences with other blue light blocking glasses from other companies such as Reader and a pair from Amazon. My initial order of a daytime, no magnification order with clear frames and long side arms was messed up. I ended up with a pair of evening, 2.0 magnification, black framed regular length side arms. It was a bit of hassle to get the return handled and the time it took from Swanwick to send the correct pair was not the quickest. When the new package arrived, the outer box was damaged, but thankfully the glasses were fine. I've used the glasses for a few days now at work (I'm a high school English teacher, so a LOT of online reading). It's definitely helped; I don't feel the eyestrain that I did without the glasses or with the other pairs. BOTTOM LINE: the product's great but the customer service and shipping could be better.

This place is terrible
This place is terrible. I have been waiting more that a month. I bought glasses at the beginning of December 05, 2024. I was sent an email about the Canada post strike, Dec 13, 2024 which I understand, but I track my package and it never left the US, and then 2 days later the strike was over. That was 1 month ago. I track the package today (Jan 13, 2025) and it is still in the US. Sent an email to them, no response.

I love this new night light…it is…
I love this new night light…it is allowing us to have a light showing us the way in our bathroom at night, yet does not shine so brightly to keep us awake in our adjoining bedroom. Game changer..and such an easy adjustment of brightness desired.

Smart purchase
I purchased a pair of the Day Swannies for myself and Day Fit Overs for my mother. We both are pleased with the fit and function of the glasses. I used them to watch a movie and it's just the right amount to take away the strong blue light while not changing the color and view too much. I can see myself using them often.
