P.S. Despite Toobit reply here claiming they resolved the issue and giving me a peace of mind for a moment, I just checked now and I am not able to exit the trade. Restrictions have still not been lifted. And customer service chat also just confirmed that saying, “I checked your account and it is still waiting for the specialist to process it. “. So the below reply by Toobit that says “ Restrictions on your account have been lifted, and you should now have full access to continue trading and all other account functionalities without any issues.” is completely false. @Toobit, almost a day has passed any updates?

I just joined Toobit today and was taking some short term scalping trades. I took a position and then all of a sudden I can no longer exit, my account got restricted saying it is due to "risk control" and I can no longer trade or withdraw.
I reached out to customer service chat and they told me to do advanced KYC so I did. And now they are just telling me to be patient. Every time I am asking their customer service they are just saying "be patient", their English is not even good, seems like they are telling me they are doing some kind of review. Very frustrated.
@Toobit will you be compensating my trading losses due to not being able to exit? I am very frustrated.

Customer support is terrible
Customer support has been incredibly terrible and I do mean this. When contact for help about my sign up bonus they asked me to send in a submission and then when I do send a submission they then reply back to send another submission of the same exact thing. I had spoken to an agent who said they would help me and they would review my account and then a few minutes later it disconnects me from the agent and it says all agents are busy and doesn’t connect me back. This has been very frustrating and one of the worst customer supports I have ever experienced. I was told I would be contacted by email and still no help from anyone.

✅ Problem solved with great support!
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Toobit support team for helping me recover my funds.
On May 10, 2025, I mistakenly deposited 106,801.2 NOTCOIN tokens into my Toobit account without including the required MEMO. I immediately contacted support and provided every detail they requested – from the transaction hash to video proof.
Despite the mistake being on my side, Toobit’s support team remained respectful and cooperative. They patiently guided me through the entire recovery process. On June 4, 2025, I received the full amount back to my original wallet address without any recovery fee – not even a single USDT!
I truly appreciate their professionalism, fairness, and kindness. Mistakes happen, and it's a great relief when a platform treats you with dignity during difficult moments.
If I said anything out of frustration earlier, I sincerely apologize to the Toobit team. I am now fully satisfied with the resolution and recommend Toobit to anyone looking for a secure and supportive exchange.

I had a little over $1500 in my wallet went to withdrawal and ran into problems. After some debate, customer service informed me that I needed to place a 50% deposit of the balance in my wallet so that I could withdraw my funds. on any other trading site I’ve never had to deposit funds so I could withdraw fund. Needless to say, I wasn’t depositing any more money and take a chance that they wouldn’t release any funds. They still have my 1500. It won’t release it. Do not use this platform. They will rip you off too.

Scammer exchange, 50k $ stolen
They decided to freeze my account because I had a lucky day and made a big profit.
I can't login to my account and see my money, my transaction and how much fund they steal me, but at memory are more than 50k $!!!
I contacted them with several emails, zero reply or answers why my account was locked and how to solve the issue.
Also their online chat it is useless, they ghosted me after over 1 hours of waiting because I had 100 users waiting before me in queue!
Stay away from this scammer that stole your money if you make profit!

A good app everything works fine my only problem is unfortunately a rather big problem the SMS Verification code you need to withdraw your crypto doesn't send to my phone this problem. Only started last week for some reason.
So now I can't withdraw my money.
