i signed up for the free account, but have been charged a £5 fee. Turns out they sign you in to the Plus account trial automatically and you have to opt out before it ends or they charge you £5. What a con, you should have to sign up for the Plus not opt out, I certainly didn't realise until I investigated why I had been charged £5 for a free account!
I also had one payout that was never credited to my account.

Easy to order. Quick delivery with texts to confirm delivery timescale. Very well packaged.

Easy ordering payment, reasonable price. Only problem was with delivery, in notes for delivery I had put to leave next door if we were not in, however, Royal Mail ignored this. Due to their opening times meant that it was a few days before I could collect.

I ordered a sink from this company, easy ordering process. Delivery to husband's work address, where I have most things delivered.
As far as I was aware I just had to await delivery. A couple of days later I noticed an email from them. They had accepted the order and payment based on the item being delivered to another address, but then sent an email asking for a copy of my driving licence, credit card statement or utility bill. I have never heard of this type of request before and I have items delivered from a variety of retailers including Debenhams.
Apparently, this is a security check for them. Well what about my security, they expect me to send what they class as an 'official document' to an online company I have never dealt with before. Not taking that chance, so order had to be cancelled. Good job I hadn't ordered it just in time to be fitted!

They used to charge for bags, you're hardly going to carry your clothes out of the store are you? They presumably found it wasn't good for business and dropped this.
However, they now only allow 14 days to return items for a refund, very poor by general retail standards these days. Most stores offer 28 or 30 days. Even over Christmas they would not extend the 14 day refund period, bah humbug,
I got caught out this time, as it used to be 28 days. My son and I had Norovirus over Christmas and New Year, so could not have returned within 14 days.
They have no regard for customers, so shop elsewhere, presumably the goods are items they couldn't sell elsewhere anyway!

Ordered dog food 13/12, delivered 20/12. Very poor!
Had to go to Pets at Home for a small bag as ran out the day before delivery!
