My experience was positive. Very clear on my plan and costs and savings. When I queried the higher daily rate they quickly worked out that I would still save at least $5 per month with the 15% on time saving.

No wait time, got straight through. Ash was lovely and made conversation very easy.

1st energy has been proactive in ensuring I continue to receive my concession discounts and were very responsive when asked to relocate my electricity supply to my new home plus they give a slightly higher feed in tariff is you have solar installed.
