It was a very straightforward process changing from AGL to 1st Energy. Still waiting for the app to populate with data from our smart meter but the app looks great and we should save $100 per month.

I was confused by process
I thought the product was good. Jessica, the cold caller was lovely but then when I had to hang up and wait for a call from the product manager it became very messy.
I think what happened was a different power company called me in between times. Then I was unsure if I was talking to the correct company as I didn't hear properly what they were called in the first place.
Then it took 3 more phone calls from Jessica and Ash before things went smoothly. I thought by the end of it that I had been scammed. It was like the follow-up system had broken down and no-one knew what the other one was doing.
Fingers crossed that it has all gone well.

Aggressive salesman
Aggressive salesman, full off attitude when asking questions.
Tried to get me to agree to terms and conditions just to get the rates that were being offered as well as send items of identification. Had aggressive attitude about it being questioned. Typical predatory tactics.
Bad vibes from these guys, stay away.
Edit:Absolutely, I got a call from Leroy at 12:31 from 0485 904 866. Leroy was fantastic, he had me over the line, then he put me on to his supervisor for some reason and the experience did a full 180 degree turn. That supervisor needs some serious attitude adjustment

Did someone ring you or did you ring us? I can get a copy of the call recording if you have some further information. I would really like to investigate this further as we do not like to hear this from one of our team. Any assistance you can provide which will help me locate this call will be much appreciated. Time of call, the number called from or too would be super helpful. Thank you and my sincere apologies for this experience. This is not the service we want our team to be offering.
