I am just in the process of setting up an account and I have to say it has been easy. The communication and customer service from Niraja has been some of the best I have experienced.

Extremely poor experience with nectr - so much so that I couldn’t even get an account!
Sign up process was flawed and took nearly an hour to get a confirmation text. The. I was denied due to supposed bad credit despite supplying evidence that my credit is good!
Avoid and go with someone more established for a much better experience.

Niraja in customer service is the star of the show.
Unfortunately I had to get the ombudsman involved in an ongoing complaint. The customer service was extremely poor prior to this. Niraja who ended up handling the issue was however fantastic. Finally I was given a proper explanation in great detail. They also took my feedback seriously and ensured that it was used for the betterment of their customer service team. I am hoping this proves successful for the company’s future. They are extremely lucky to have some competent employees like Niraja.

Allen was professional, patient, carefully explained technical jargon so that I could clearly outline the requirements to a third party, as neither of us understood what was needed. I have called you well over 15 times in…
I have called you well over 15 times in the last 3 weeks, I have only been able to speak to someone twice.
The system you installed for Nick scali in WA has a fault. Instead of actually looking into the issue you have just sent it to a 3rd party who has emailed instructions on how to reconnect the inverter to the internet when the internet is not the issue as I can clearly still see grid usage on the monitoring app.
You used a sub contracter to install the system and need to organise them to go site and fix the problem.
Absolutely terrible customer support.
