Builders Bay Avaliações

Ordered an item obviously paid immediately was going to collect item, I ordered this item 7 days ago was promised 3 to 5 day delivery. I still do not have item.

Fantastic communication - immediate response to all my enquiries and really helpful.

I bought a double oven through this firm. The pre sales service was ecxellent.

However, the vendor used dx - the worst courier I have ever experienced and a 54kg oven was man handled by a single person into our house.
The oven was damaged as a result.

This is when builders-bay went bad. It took 3 weeks of arguing to get a refund.
I had to involve the card provider to get a resolution - something that should never have to happen

We eventually bought a replacement from currys - FOR LESS MONEY

I suggest you avoid.

Great communication and product arrived within 3 days as advertised. Would use Builders Bay again.

Was a bit disappointed that it was not mentioned that the AEG extractor Fan was damaged, it had a large dent in the chimney part, lucky for me my partner is a carpenter/joiner and managed to get the dent out with a bit of work... apart from that the product is very good

First time I have bought from this site and had never heard of them before - so was a little apprehensive - but I purchased a wine cooler at an incredible price and it arrived within two days - in perfect condition.

Ordered and paid over the phone in the end after leaving contact details they called back very quickly. Order arrived safely in a couple of days as promised.

Great item and was exactly as described. The communication was also first class always keeping me informed

Great service and communication - speedy delivery too.

I bought a large-ticket item and have to admit that I was initially nervous, given that I'd had no previous experience of Builders Bay.
My nerves were unfounded; the support I received whilst delivery to me was co-ordinated was exceptional, with constant contact and updates throughout, right up until the minute my item was delivered.
Fantastic service, and very much appreciated.

Great price and great service, would recommend to anyone

Exceptional service, great product. Will definitely use Builders Bay again

First time with builders bay but will not be my lasts, great prices and a great service delivered within 3 working days what more do you want. Really great thank you

Very helpful company.
I could not purchase 2 integrated cooker hoods, as they were specified by our clients Architect. Builders Bay went out of their way to source. Plus I was told someone would would ring me back and they did!. Top marks, no hesitation in recommending or using again.
Roy T&B Contractors.

A smooth deal at a great price. Thanks.

Different type of marketplace website where you can buy through. Worked really well and the pricing was about 30% cheaper than anywhere else for the oven i got

First class service.. delivery on Time .... product great quality
Bought AEG hob

Purchased an induction hob from here, after seeing it on google as being on sale. Was contacted a few days after purchase saying that they had listed the product at the wrong price, and that I’d have to pay an extra £300 (making it over double the price advertised) if I still wanted the product. Customer service refused to honour the original price advertised.
