Builders Bay Avaliações

My original order was damaged in transit. After a bit of time they subsequently sourced a similar item and took a hit on the cost. Young company trying really hard to exceed customer expectations.

Excellent service and communication from Builders bay. Fast delivery and follow up email to ensure product arrived as expected.

We were a little wary of ordering from an 'eBay' type of company rather than directly from a builder's merchant but eventually the price difference made the decision for us.
We ordered the sink and there was a day's delay on receiving the unit, and there was an error with the order, however, and here's why they get 5 stars: I contacted Builders Bay about the delay, and subsequently about the error. Both queries were dealt with personally by a Builders Bay employee, quicky, politely and to my satisfaction.
Things go wrong all the time in this world - getting them fixed quickly is the key to keeping customers happy.

A happy customer.

Brilliant - Mike was really helpful x

Don't normally write reviews but felt this company deserved the time. I used Builders Bay for the first time recently, not only did it have a great stock of different items, the purchasing process was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.

I found exactly what I needed here, and the price was around 15% better than any other retailer. The transaction was really easy. I really like this website, and i will use it again when i have the need.

Excellent products and service.
Recomeded

Great site , great products - so easy!

Great website, easy to use and a excellent variety of items.

Great idea with excellent products and good service, would definitely recommend

As someone who has restored my fair share of listed properties Builders Bay has been a real gold mine!!
I managed to find some over-sized oak beams that were a perfect match for an old barn conversion.
Not only are there lots of reclaimed materials there is also a huge selection of antiques from fireplaces to gilded mirrors.
Buying was a breeze and trouble free.

Great idea and app for this niche market, a better option than eBay for buyers and sellers in the building, home renovation, upcycling or DIY space.

Excellent. Bought some stuff for our new bathroom at a much cheaper price than elsewhere. Perfect condition, too.

Great - service - thank you!

Fast delivery, great prices. Will use again
