Old stock supplied.

Reliable and quick service
Ive been using them for a while now and i can honestly say that there isn’t anything this team can’t sort out. Ive had a few minor issues with prescriptions and they’ve always resolved things pretty quickly and my medication was in my hands in the next day. Ill keep on using their services as I find them reliable and pretty quick to deliver a good service. Definitely recommend!

Issue with the non delivery of item
I had an issue with the non delivery of my item by the courier. I escalated this to the CloudRx team who dealt with the issue swiftly. Communication from Jonathan in the team was really clear and helpful. Excellent customer service.

Brilliant speedy service
Brilliant speedy service. I had run out of my medications and hadn’t realised until 3pm on a Fri. I emailed and explained and they arrived first thing Saturday morning by DPD, even though it was just outside the order time for next day delivery. They are always fast and reliable. Will only use CloudRx.

I’ve been using CloudRX on and off for…
I’ve been using CloudRX on and off for years and they always provide a good service and meds delivery is quick. However, I’ve deducted a star because they’re sometimes too quick to put the order through on the phone so I’ve had a few times where it would have been more convenient for me to put in a larger order and save on postage but they would have already processed the order while we were speaking so too late! Otherwise can’t fault them.

Responsive customer service
A customer service was extremely responsive to my worry about delay by the carrier in delivering my medicine. They were helpful and reassuring on the phone and replaced my medication even though it was very expensive. It arrived safely and in the proper cold state the next day.
