Very helpful Customer Service experiences.
I have been using this pharmacy for about 5 years now & they are my favourite out of the ones I use.
The Customer Service is really helpful & will combine postage costs if you order more than one prescription & email in your request. Sidonie in particular has been repeatedly very patient & kind with my slow cognitive dysfunction.
Their Patient Portal is clear & saves time on telephone queues. I'm able to see my previous purchases on one page. The prices are competitive & even my Consultant has switched pharmacies to use CloudRx.

Professional and efficient service
Member of staff I spoke to a Cloud RX was super helpful -located my records quickly & we discussed what items I needed on re-order.
She quickly identified what I needed.
She sent an email to invoice and I paid for the items online.
The items were dispatched that day and arrived promptly the following day.
Very quick, efficient, helpful service.

I have used CloudRx for several years now and cannot speak highly enough of them. Emails are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Should I need to speak to someone at CloudRx they are always very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Prescriptions requests are actioned quickly and delivered next day where possible.
