I bought an IQ Ceramic for my Garden office which whilst well insulated and well built was chilly on a morning. Not anymore, my electrician says he always buys these and I was very happy to be led by him as it’s lovely and toasty and I can boost it from the kitchen before I go to work.

As a wholesaler, we rely on our suppliers to give a prompt & reliable serviceso that we can give our customers confidence in the products we sell. Ecostrad certainly provide this.

I purchased the Ecowarme 1200w Vertical radiator in Jan 23 all was good for 1 year then the unit stopped heating up. In January 2024 the unit was replaced as it had failed within its warranty period. The replacement unit then failed in the exact same way and in pretty much the same time frame (1 year) Even though the replacement unit has a warranty it seems that it is not valid and so will not be replaced or repaired. Do not buy this product as there is obviously a quality issue somewhere..

Sadly I didn’t read these reviews before purchasing 3 radiators and 2 towel rails. The quality of the radiators themselves is good but the elements are of poor quality and too fragile and they fail regularly by all accounts. I had both towel rails go with in the first year. The supplier was helpful enough and replaced the elements, reassuring me it was a rarity. But it’s not a rarity!
I chose these radiators as a cheaper option to gas central heating(my error) but it becoming evidently clear that the cost of maintaining these radiators (regularly purchasing more elements and paying for an Electritian to come and fit them) is going to become very expensive indeed.

The radiator was excellent for the first year, then gradually lost heat (we didn’t really realise) until at 4 years old it simply stopped warming up at all - the company said they could help selling us parts but we couldn’t find an electrician able to help. So we have had a buy a new one £500 +.
For the price it’s a very expensive item that doesn’t last - disappointed

The radiators look great. They also work very well. So impressed with the wi-fi controls.
The delivery was efficient too.

Worst app ever. Almost impossible to use. The unbelievable decision to have to tap bar charts to set between the temperatures makes the IQ ceramic useless for anything except on or off.
I’m guessing it simply isn’t Apple compatible.
Total waste of time.

The more expensive heater is even worse. The setting touchscreen has slipped. So it can be on or off. No other screen buttons work. Including setting WiFi to ‘ on’
£800.
Resorting to the plug in on wheels.

Straight forward fitting. Control through the app is clunky but the unit works well and gives a good warmth.

Efficient company. Kept updated with delivery and also follow up emails to help.

The online information is very clear and helpful making it easy to select the product most suitable for our room.
After sales was superb with contact to check we had received product in good order and then again to check if we had installed it OK and could program it.
