Easy ordering, Product descriptions easy to understand and compare. Order came in good time & the actual Product is great. I have had many comments on how warm the house is

Prompt well packaged delivery. Simple installation instructions. Radiator easily provides the heat required (calculator on your website worked a treat.)

Good quality heaters that arrive is bomb-proof packaging. Very simple to install using the template guide.
Had them up and running and connected to wi-fi in no time.
My only real criticisms are that the app doesn't display when the heaters are actually heating and that there is no option to set the time in 30-minute intervals (meaning I can't get the full benefit of E7 off-peak times)

Easy installation

My old Flomasta towel radiator stopped working, so I needed a replacement. I got an Ecostrad Fina-E iQ, which looks identical to the old one but has a wifi-connected thermostat. It uses the Tuya Smart app, which is quite common for these kinds of devices. There's a Tuya Integration for Home Assistant, so I was very easily to able to add the new radiator to my Home Assistant dashboard and program it switch on and off at specific times of the day. I've had it for a couple of months now and it's working very well.

I’ve been gradually swapping from gas to electric and making improvements to the insulation during the process to offset the difference in fuel price. My boiler is on its last legs and I find that rather than getting a new one at huge expense, I can buy one heater at a time. I buy the legs for the heater so that I can work out the best kW size for each room. I’m on a very low income and live alone, so am doing it slowly. Ecostrad heaters are great. They heat fairly quickly, cool fairly slowly and have many different functions depending on how often the room is used and how warm you want it. The heater can be turned on using Wifi, program, accessed on an app, or manually with a simple click of the screen. There is a child lock setting too.
I recommend Ecostrad heaters. I have 4 of them of different sizes. If you’re on a small income, I recommend starting with the smallest (500w) as that is sufficient for each of my upstairs rooms, the largest room being approx. 4.5 x 4 metres.

Relevant information

The radiator fits perfectly in my small bathroom and is smart and modern. The temperature is controlled from my phone via Wi-Fi which is neat , plan ahead it takes a little time to warm up but when it does , towels dry and the room is toasty. The delivery was speedy and so far all is well with the product

Excellent service , quick delivery good looking product only downside is they are not cheap to run , they use a lot of electricity

I’ve bought from Ecostrad several times before, and they are always excellent. The WiFi radiator I got this time is by far the best I’ve bought so far!

I contacted Ecostrad first to make enquiries and the person who I spoke too was very helpful and knowledgeable about the things I asked which convinced me these were radiators I wanted in my apartment.

i have had my 600 pound radiator for less than 2 years it has had minimal use and has stopped heating up
i look after things and generally think u get what you pay for, so yes i am very disappointed.
as it is under the 2 year electrical warranty i hope a replacement will be hassle free if that lasts less than 2 years it will a very dear item indeed. 150 pound a year.

Although I received no tracking notification the parcel arrived on the day stated, well packaged and included a template for fixing to the wall. I use the app to control the heater but you can also use the touch screen both are easy to use. The heater looks very sleek and since I replace a gas heater it is taking me awhile to get the temperature correct as there was no control on the gas heater. I bought the 1800w heater due to having to heat the upstairs rooms as well the hallway which it does efficiently.

Good value products, an easy to navigate website and a no-fuss delivery made it a straight-forward purchase. The towel rail is now in situ in a small entrance hall, looks great and more importantly dries dog towels, which is why we wanted it!
