dont bother
Went from $4.57 to $15.90 per day in a day! Projected was $165 then the next day had a bill for $501! In the quarter they have had over $850 from me! I work all week no one is home! Unsure how projected could be so wrong! Contacted them to be told this is an actual bill the others were estimates although none of my bills actually say estimate or actual. Wouldn’t recommend, looking for other providers.

Problem solved
I rang Nectr Customer Care and was helped by Allen. She was most patient and went through the issues with me. Allen needed to go away to investigate, and I was pleasantly surprised to have her call me back within 10 minutes with an explanation for my issues. I congratulate Nectr for having such customer focused staff. Five stars!

Been with Nectr for over 18 months and had great customer service the whole time. Recently had to organise a disconnection and Jaybie was prompt, organised and easy to work with so made the whole process a breeze.

I don't recommend Trish at all
I don't recommend Trish at all, she doesn't reply to emails when trying to resolve an issue. Very blunt in her dealings, customer service is at a minimum with her! My usual bill for a month are $50 to $70 live on my own, just received an estimate off them for $469.00 a $400 increase from nowhere, how can The estimated an extra $400 ?issue is still being resolved but I won't deal with Trish anymore

Awful company
Awful company, zero transparency. Was on average 450 kwh per month usage over a 12 month period and then on latest bill was 1150 kwh for the month. From day one their meter readings we're incorrect. Try and dispute this and they stone wall you.

Prompt response regarding payment extension
I requested a 2 day extension on my recent and with the rapid response from Jaybie from the Customer Service Dept it was granted 25mins later.
It was very much appreciated as was the prompt reply.

I am saving considerably on my energy bills…
I am saving considerably on my energy bills since switching to Nectr almost two years ago. Was originally nervous about leaving the energy provider I had been with for 30 years, but I couldn't be happier. My bills have reduced despite increases in the cost of living. This is partly because of my move to Nectr but also because they very clearly explain the Peak, Off Peak and Shoulder times on each bill and if you modify your behaviour you can save heaps. Only have ever had 1 issue (a monthly bill failed to issue due to data from my smart meter not transmitting close to my invoice date). All sorted by the very pleasant telephone operator (Allen) on the Nectr hotline who raised a ticket with their billing department for investigation. Easy to get through to Nectr by phone with very little wait time.

I had difficulty understanding my bill, and Jaybie was very helpful, responding to several questions and clarifying the information for me. Jaybie also helped me with an earlier request for more regular billing.

I HAVE NOW LEFT NECTR DUE TO THE COMPANY ONLY TAKING ON SOLAR IF YOU BUY THEIR SOLAR AND PAY IT OFF SO I HAVE GONE TO RED ENERGY
I was absolutely shocking as it took 2 days for me to get answers from Nectr for refunding and they billed me and customer service was no good...It took 10 phone calls in 48hrs .
I was not happy refund is still not in my account

A positive experience re my electricity account with Nectr’s IMMEDIATE response to my email and request. Nectr’s great customer service and Jaybie’s attention resolved my issue to my satisfaction and I’m very happy.

It was horrible customer service…
It was horrible customer service treatment. We were put on the wrong plan. Charged at a higher rate than other customers. I saw this when I compared our bill with those I know who are Nectr customers. Different kw/hr rate. Attempted a resolution, and got put on the plan we should have been put on in the first place. Achieved a credit to bill resolution. Then got a phone call to say they cancelled that resolution. So had to pay a hugely overpriced bill and no resolution.

Afternoon, I had a problem understanding on what dates I should read my meter. I was in contact with jimar after a couple of emails, backwards and forwards, he explained everything to me with these. He was a very helpful.
