Professional and thorough
Christine assisted me diligently and professionally with my enquiry about DVA pensioner discounts. She took the time to research the benefit, asked me specific and relevant questions to ensure she had all the information to provide advice on any Veteran discounts.
Christine also clearly explained the difference between my current Nectr plan and the one that I'll be on from 15 September. Her explanation was clear and thorough.

Service and Operating Policy
Krizza was most polite and efficient in responding to my enquiry on behalf of an 86 old lady who was unable to competently manage online correspondence.
As an observation, and this is no reflection on Krizza, but rather, the Company's operating policy, I would like nectr to be mindful not to deny elderly people access to its services simply because of age, as they are still a valuable part of society and deserve our assistance and patience.
