I have ordered a few things from here over the years and they always dispatch within a couple of hours it's so quick. I recently brought the Cybex Orfeo stroller 2026 in black and was here the following day. The stroller is amazing best IV had and I have 5 children. It folds up smaller than my work and laptop bag!!! Feels quality does not feel flimsy and seems very comfy for my 1 year old it pushes smoothly and the one hand fold is really true. IV had other strollers claim to do this but they are still a struggle this actually does what it says it's beautiful and the quality is amazing you can tell it's a £300 stroller. I Love it! Thank you Oliver's for another great product.

We are grandparents buying a car seat. Shopped on a Saturday. Plenty of attentive staff, pleasant and knowledgeable. Didn’t try to upsell us, listened to our needs and made recommendations. Showed us the products and tried our chosen seat in the car, explaining what they were doing. All in all an exceptional experience which sadly is all to rare these days! Highly recommended.

Accidentally ordered wrong colour late in the evening, got in touch with Emma from customer service and she has kindly amended the order for the correct item. Order was delivered the next day. Great item and fantastic customer service. Thank you! ☺️

I had multiple issues with discount codes not working, I finally managed to get one that worked through the websites ‘ask me for the best price today’ function. Placed the order, had a dispatch email the next day, didn’t hear anything so chased after a week for them to tell me the order couldn’t be fulfilled at the price I paid for it! Ridiculous

Product was delivered quickly. It was sent care of a friend as we are about to move house so I haven’t actually seen it yet.

Easy to order and delivery good.

Delivery was on time.
The gate was easy to install and came with the right installation guide.
I particularly like that the gate came with two installation pack which makes it like 2 gates in 1.

Edited from 1 star to 3 stars as I had to call them today to chase it. Turns out one item is out of stock so they arent sending until it is. Would have liked to know this as I was expecting it next day and now ALL the items in my order won't be shipped until one of my items comes back in stock. I expected it on next day delivery like it said. My other items should be sent as specifically I need the playpen and sleepbag.

Previous review: Ordered from here 9 days ago, got confirmation email of order being successfully placed and money taken. Received no tracking information or dispatch notification. It said delivery would be a few working days. Used the WhatsApp contact listed on their website and been ignored!?? Seriously concerned why I haven't received my items or heard anything....I spent a lot of money!

Amazing service

Excellent product. Needed a narrow baby gate for fitting into our campervan to allow our dog to roam freely inside while the side for was open. Works brilliantly

I initially requested a price match, which was sent though within about 15 mins, I placed the order and I think 19 mins later I was told it was dispatched.

I then received the car seat around 11am the next day- around 20 hours later.

Much better than another company who I had ordered the same car seat from, got radio silence for 3 weeks, asked for updates, with ignored phone calls and emails etc until eventually I cancelled that order and came to Oliver’s! Highly recommend!!
