Exceptional service; friendly team; prompt delivery. Excellent. I purchased a stairgate which I have yet to fit but this was the only retailer I found who could accommodate a stairgate for a narrow opening. Would highly recommend-professional service.

Items never arrived
Items never arrived, and the handling of the issue has been extremely disappointing. When I contacted the company, I was told to report it to the police—who confirmed it was not something they could assist with. The delivery company then claimed the parcel had been delivered to a neighbour who does not exist, and despite this clear inconsistency, the seller stated they were unable to help any further.
The situation feels highly unreliable and raises serious concerns. I would strongly recommend purchasing from a more established and reputable retailer. Fortunately, I paid by credit card and should be able to recover the funds, but this has been a very poor experience that calls the legitimacy of the business into question.

In response to their latest reply, they continue to provide false information, which is quite embarrassing for them at this point. The item was not delivered to the correct address and was allegedly handed to a person who does not exist.
The company repeatedly tries to fob customers off, either telling you to contact the police or the courier, despite this being their legal responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They are not following the legislation and are demonstrating clear misconduct in their business practices.
I will be reporting this matter to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and strongly advise all people to avoid this company, I recommend reading other Google reviews as this seems to be a fairly regular occurrence with their customer support being arrogant and trying to push off any responsibility.
If anything goes wrong with your order, this company will not help in anyway, and instead lie about parcels being signed, delivered to the correct address and deflect any responsibility. Save yourself the headache and go to a legitimate company

We’re genuinely sorry to hear how upsetting this situation has been and understand why it has caused concern. We’d like to reassure you that we take cases of missing deliveries very seriously and always aim to support customers through the investigation process.
In this instance, the courier confirmed delivery using GPS location data, which indicated the parcel was delivered to the correct address. When a delivery is confirmed in this way but the item cannot be located on arrival, it is standard procedure for the courier to classify this as a potential theft. In such cases, reporting the matter allows the courier and relevant parties to investigate properly and, where appropriate, reach a resolution.
We appreciate how frustrating it is to receive conflicting information, particularly regarding delivery to a neighbour, and we’re sorry that this added to the confusion. Our guidance was provided in line with the courier’s investigation process rather than to pass responsibility elsewhere.
We’re sorry that this experience has left you feeling let down. Please be assured that we are a legitimate UK retailer and always act in accordance with established delivery and investigation procedures. If there is any additional information we can help provide to support the ongoing process, we will of course do so.

I purchased a car seat, it did not arrive. I emailed and was offered the car seat in a different colour. This was then dispatched immediately.

Ordered items on 15.11.25
Ordered items on 15.11.25, these were dispatched on 17.11.25 and were due for delivery by FedEx on 18.11.25, it is now 02.12.25 and I have still not received my order, apparently due to delivery delays with FedEx. I have now requested that FedEx return these items to Oliver’s and I have requested that my order is cancelled and a full refund issued. Despite my rights as a consumer, Oliver’s is refusing to refund me my money until the goods are returned to them! An issue between this company and their chosen courier has now become my problem! Not on!

We’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the delay to your delivery - we completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially when you were expecting your order on a specific date.
Your order was dispatched promptly on 17.11.25, and unfortunately the subsequent delay occurred while the parcel was in the courier’s network, which is regrettably outside of our direct control. We always aim to work closely with our delivery partners, but there are situations where delays can arise despite everything being sent on time.
As you chose to ask FedEx to return the parcel to us, the order has effectively been treated as a return. In line with standard returns procedures, we do need to receive the goods back before a cancellation and full refund can be processed. This ensures that the items are safely returned and accounted for before funds are released.
We appreciate that this situation is frustrating, and we’re sorry that an issue with the courier has impacted your experience. Once the items are received back with us, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
Great Price, Smooth Transaction, but Factor in the Return Policy
The initial purchase experience was outstanding: the price was very competitive, ordering was easy, and the delivery was fast and reliable. This part of the service was truly 5-star. However, when I needed to process a return, I found the system to be less intuitive and slightly more complicated than expected. It required more effort than the smooth process I've experienced with other major retailers. While the slight price saving here is tempting, for future purchases, I would consider using Amazon, even at a fractionally higher cost, due to their consistently straightforward and guaranteed hassle-free returns. Simplifying the return procedure would make the overall customer experience excellent.

Excellent service from beginning to end. My initial phone call enquiring about a travel system was handled quickly, efficiently and knowledgeably. Need to change their delivery provider.
This would have been a 5 star for Olivers however due to delivery I've dropped it to a 4.
Ordering was great and the buggy was dispatched by them very quickly, however, they used FedEx to send the parcel and this is where it all went wrong. Contact with Olivers was responded too in a reasonable time and I appreciate that once they have sent the item its out of their hands.
I've left a 1 star review for FedEx on Trust Pilot and fed back to Olivers that they should review how they send their parcels.
The buggy is as described and for the price is great for my granddaughter.
