Great toddler tower - a bit on the pricier side but very well made. Something that we will use for years I'm sure. Delivery was rapid.

Still not delivered and not able to track any further from yesterday . Supposed to come 2/9/2025 then updated to 3/9/3025 up to 1800 hours . Stayed in all day and it’s still hasn’t arrived . Not Happy

The item I bought was at a great price. I purchased on the internet on a Saturday afternoon and received a “despatched” email shortly afterwards. Being the weekend, I expected the next day delivery to mean it would arrive on Monday. However, it arrived midday on the Sunday, which was a great surprise. I would definitely buy from them again.

Super fast delivery, couldn’t be happier with the Maxi Cosi Emerald car seat.

I ordered a cot and draws that stated they were both in stock. I had an email saying it had been dispatched then after waiting the 3-5 working days got an email to say it was out of stock. Confused as it had all ready been dispatched I was then offered a new product or to wait until it came back in stock (end of September).

I chose a new product and was given a new delivery date. Unfortunately the delivery company they use kept delaying my order, I understand not their fault however this is just adding to my bad experience.

After finally getting the order I unpackaged the cot to find cracks in the base. Running out of time to prep for the baby I start putting it up anyway. My husband then takes photos as I’m putting it up which I send to the company to ask for a new part. They respond to say we will replace it but it’s your fault it cracked as you put it up upside down, which I had however it was broken before I did this.

Then I opened the draws and noticed damaged to a side board. This time learning from my mistake I take photos before I put it up so there is no way they can blame me.

I think it’s better to buy else where especially whilst pregnant it will be less stressful and upsetting.

Order was quick and efficient. I received it the next day. So far good product just gets a little stuck while folding, which i believe will fix over time.

Bought 2 stair gates, one had an issue, customer services were excellent and assisted to resolve. Brilliant company, I would recommend. Fast delivery, well packaged.

Website added an extra £100 delivery charge once making payment that wasn’t clear what was being spent. They were able to work out a delivery rate and did eventually refund me £94

Cannot comment on product because was sent by FedEx who have failed to deliver it have wasted an entire morning waiting in!

Delivery took longer than expected. Stated 5-10 working days on website. Came on the 13th working day. I ordered a cot, they kept blaming yodel till I found out it hadn’t been dispatched from their warehouse in order for yodel to pick it up. Approached customer service but did nothing until the 10th day.
