Easily the best I have dealt with online, very knowledgable and honest with you, communication was second to none can’t recommend highly enough and easy 5 stars from me, please do not hesitate to shop. Oh and I live in the far north of Scotland and they helped with my delivery options.

It was very easy to order
It was very easy to order and iam really happy with my tv. The sofa said it will take 1 to 4 weeks for delivery but I got it about a week and a bit after I ordered it.

We’re pleased to see that your order was shipped next day. While delivery times can vary depending on the courier's schedule, our website outlines an estimated timeframe of 3–7 working days. We’re sorry if this wasn’t made clear during your experience and are always working to improve communication.
With regard to installation, the courier teams we use for TV deliveries are contracted solely for delivery and are not equipped to carry out wall-mounting or installation. We do understand this may have been inconvenient, particularly given your circumstances, and we genuinely empathise. While we don’t currently offer installation on TV's, it’s something we are actively exploring as part of our future service improvements.
We hope you enjoy your new TV for many years to come, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back in the future.

Garden furniture
Ordered garden furniture and there has been a problem with the shipment! The furniture was already delayed and there was going to be an extra delay. Michelle was amazing, she was able to get another set, and in time for my sons bbq party. Michelle called me and emailed me every step of the way. Thankyou so much Michelle

Website was easy to navigate and the products are amazing. I had an issue where my phone crashed and I ordered 2 tvs, thankfully the office had noticed, and rang me to see if I needed 2 or not. Sean was so helpful. Would definitely use again. 1000% recommend this company.

Got my flooring from pay smart flooring and it was all straight forward and looks amazing in, getting more flooring done by them in the next few weeks aswell. Ordered a lovely u shaped sofa aswell again all very straight forward and easy to do with plenty of payment options available and speedy delivery times....would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality and affordability!!

I've always used pay smart carpets for my flooring for about 7years, so when pay smart home come, it was even better, after having a TV for 10years it was nice to get a new one at affordable price at just £20 a month. TV was delivered within 3working days. Will be ordering again.
