Thank you. However the sign up process was confusing. I went all the way through only to be asked to pay again, hence two subscriptions.

I am furious as I did the online check quiz to see if I had arthritis. I thought it was a one off payment of £2.49 to get the results which I paid but oh no I’m now signed up to a £12.99 monthly subscription which I can’t get out of. There are no clear guidelines as how to cancel this subscription. Very very annoying. Sick of companies hoodwinking customers then making things difficult to cancel.
As a later addition to this review…the company has offered to give me a refund and cancel the membership which is good of them but they need to listen to the feedback and amend their website so customers do not feel hoodwinked by them and then have to be grateful they’ve offered a refund.

They gave me a refund when it is not their usual practice.

I honestly thought I'd cancelled this,but when the payment came out I emailed them and I got a reply back saying that they would refund me ....so very kind of them.

It gave the good diagnosis (after having see a physio, I can tell) and good exercises.

I wanted information on some symptoms that I was having. While searching, I ran across their site. I agreed to pay a small amount to use the site, however I overlooked the fact that I was signing up for a subscription that had a recurring fee. After seeing that same fee show up in my bank statements, I sent them an email asking to stop the payments. They were gracious in their answer, and agreed to stop my subscription. My thanks to them for understanding that mistakes are made, and for correcting it for me.

Good customer service

This website is very practical and easy to use. the step by step guidance based upon your symptoms and the results of an actual do it yourself physical assessment is really helpful and a great idea. It provided me useful information. I don't have a current need for an ongoing subscription, but would definitely recommend this site to others and would refer to it again if needed in the future.

Website clearly not explicit enough and certainly bad practice to have one transaction trigger a monthly subscription. Anyway seemingly satisfactorily resolved.
