Excellent customer service
Scott was very helpful when I made a phone enquiry and then when I went to the facility to show me my unit and how to access it.
I also used the app help people as I had issues (completely my own fault) in downloading the app, they were extremely helpful as well.
Really great customer service all round

They took the time to really listen to our storage needs and helped us find the perfect solution for our organisation. Not only were they the most affordable option, but also by far the most helpful. I used Roomia for 2 years. Highly recommend!
I used a storage unit at Roomia Minchinbury for close to 2 years. My experience was very positive I never had a single issue the entire time. Very easily accessible, the facility is always kept clean and well maintained, and Sarah and Vicki are great. I would definitely use Roomia in the future.

Great Experience and perfect location
From the start my experience with whole process it was very good and the staff were fantastic and helpful.
The unit was a great size and used it for 3 years. So convenient to get the extra space before leaving for overseas.
