About Us
Established in 2016, TentBox is at the forefront of the roof tent market. As a company we pride ourselves on our high performance products, and have an absolute passion for our growing community. We were founded by two brothers, Ollie and Neill Shurville, who have a love for the outdoors and wanted to make TentBoxing accessible to all.

Our mission is to build an inclusive community of TentBoxers across the world. There are currently over 10,000 happy TentBoxers, and we have regular community meet-ups throughout the year.

I had a few questions on my first set up about where things go and the ladder so I used the WhatsApp option. I got a response within a few minutes and Lauren even took screenshots of ‘how-to’ videos to help. Very happy camper!!

Yet again my query was answered with the information I needed. A human being responded rapidly by e mail, George I think. When I contact this company, there seem to be no mindless AI bots sending me typing in circles responding to their irrelevant questions.
There are human beings at TentBox who know about the products and can communicate that knowledge.

What a wonderful company to deal with
What a wonderful company to deal with. I'd stupidly ordered the wrong roof bars for my car. I contacted Tentbox and they could not have been more helpful and professional even though I was outside the normal returns period. There were a couple of obstacles to overcome but everyone there helped me sort out the returns process. It's great to know that good customer service is still alive! I've been thinking about buying a Tentbox for quite a while and I'm really glad that I have. Having purchased, installed and now used the Cargo I think that the product quality is superb. And the remarkable thing is that the customer service (from Luke and Saffron in particular) matches, or even exceeds, the excellent product and thus enters the realm of those other special companies like Richer Sounds, Octopus Energy and First Direct who are famed for their service levels.

I’m a huge TentBox fan and have spent well over £5k on their products over the last two years.
They are so well designed and made. The quality really is worth paying that much extra for.
Customer service is second to none and technical assistance is just as good. I even had a responce to an email at 11pm at night!
Delivery is a breeze and everything is tracked so you know when it’s due and normally only takes a few days to arrive, providing its in stock.
I would highly recommend any products that TentBox sell.
A premium brand in all rooftop tents and camping gear that you won’t ever be disappointed in.
I’m currently saving my money for the new stand alone Freestander tent which looks amazing and would make my kit complete. One day!
Seriously impressed by TentBox and would recommend them to anyone looking at buying anything from them.
A quality company that really cares about its users. Loads of offers and recommended camping sites too!
