About Us
Established in 2016, TentBox is at the forefront of the roof tent market. As a company we pride ourselves on our high performance products, and have an absolute passion for our growing community. We were founded by two brothers, Ollie and Neill Shurville, who have a love for the outdoors and wanted to make TentBoxing accessible to all.
Community
Our mission is to build an inclusive community of TentBoxers across the world. There are currently over 10,000 happy TentBoxers, and we have regular community meet-ups throughout the year.

Im a huge TentBox fan and have spent…
I’m a huge TentBox fan and have spent well over £5k on their products over the last two years.
They are so well designed and made. The quality really is worth paying that much extra for.
Customer service is second to none and technical assistance is just as good. I even had a responce to an email at 11pm at night!
Delivery is a breeze and everything is tracked so you know when it’s due and normally only takes a few days to arrive, providing its in stock.
I would highly recommend any products that TentBox sell.
A premium brand in all rooftop tents and camping gear that you won’t ever be disappointed in.
I’m currently saving my money for the new stand alone Freestander tent which looks amazing and would make my kit complete. One day!
Seriously impressed by TentBox and would recommend them to anyone looking at buying anything from them.
A quality company that really cares about its users. Loads of offers and recommended camping sites too!

Great Help from Laimonas
Due to some adverse Weather whilst Camping in the Tentbox, I needed some parts. Even though it was the Weekend, I emailed the Tentbox Team with the query, but obviously not expecting a reply until at least Monday, but no, within a couple of hours I received a message back from a member of their Team called Laimonas, Laimonas not only helped me with toy query, but also created the Order for the parts of the ‘Universal Side Awning’. He made this process very easy. So a Big Shout out to Tentbox and especially Laimonas, there after sales service has always been great.

Great customer service from George
I've had great customer service from George and couldnt be happier with the outcome.
I had an accident with my poles for the living pod causing one to split, following George's advice I emailed photos and a short video of what happened and a replacement set has been order. Many thanks to George and working on a sunday too.

I contacted tentbox as I received the incorrect tunnel awning for my tentbox, Matt from their support team was fantastic, he sorted the problem out straight away and is sending the correct awning! Whoever I speak with, at any given time, are always lovely and polite with a top notch knowledge base.
It can be a random question about a product I’m looking at or general guidance, I always come away more than satisfied.
Always, always super helpful.
Delivery has always been very fast, within the specified time frame. If it’s likely to take longer, it’ll tell you before you put the item in your basket anyway.
The products, I love all that I’ve purchased so far. The quality and durability of every single item, from the Lite XL down to the sleeping bags (soo underrated!! Amazingly soft and thick and kept me snug in -3 temp) or the T-shirts etc, never fails to impress me. I 100% trust the product and brand.
Now I’m just saving up for my next purchase ❤️

Think before you buy.
Bought the TentBox XL in the early Spring of this year 2026. We like most people would have checked that our car roof would be ok to have this fitted using the vehicle checker before purchase.
The product turned up and we couldn’t wait to fit it to our car roof and to start our journey with the TentBox family.
After only 3 trips it all ready needed a replacement cover as the stitching holding the zip in place had started to come apart, it was quickly replaced with no fuss. We decided to take it off and store it away for Winter. So to my surprise when we had taken it off and removed the roof rails there was two indents under the rear roof rack rubber supports.
We have decided to sell the TentBox as have no trust that the roof can take this weight and also to prevent any further damage.
The weight of the TentBox was 65 kgs and the max weight for my car roof was 75 kgs, TentBox say this max weight is only when driving and will be fine once it is stopped for potentially up to 4 adults.
Be very wary if thinking about purchasing and be aware of the damage it can cause to your vehicle roof.
I have emailed TentBox twice and neither email has been answered.
