About Us
Established in 2016, TentBox is at the forefront of the roof tent market. As a company we pride ourselves on our high performance products, and have an absolute passion for our growing community. We were founded by two brothers, Ollie and Neill Shurville, who have a love for the outdoors and wanted to make TentBoxing accessible to all.

Our mission is to build an inclusive community of TentBoxers across the world. There are currently over 10,000 happy TentBoxers, and we have regular community meet-ups throughout the year.

Broken zip on our 2026 Lite XL…
We had a broken zip on our 2026 Lite XL and contacted customer support. Within the hour we had been contacted by Laimonas and Ellisha who were able to calm me down and arrange for a new zip to be sent out ASAP...noticed i didnt have security bolts on my order so also sent those out as well.
Amazing service as always from tentbox, but especially from Laimonas and Ellisha.

Tentbox have been consistently amazing.
Tentbox have been consistently amazing throughout my experiences with them. The initial purchases and their communications throughout that process were excellent.
Today I had to sort a warranty issue, and from the chatbot online we quickly went to a warranty request page that was simple and Kai sorted everything out very quickly and without us. Made everything smooth and simple.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Communication was exceptional as the problem was diagnosed over the air and a generous solution proposed within 24 hours. From the moment we saw a TentBox on…
From the moment we saw a TentBox on Brighton seafront we knew we had to have one.
The idea of wild camping was just a dream and now we go away every Friday night sometimes with no plan, we jusy chase the sun.
The TentBox is so warm and not like a normal tent. No condensation which everyone hates.
It is such a different way of camping with a view over everyone else.

Returned.
I ordered the tent box off a sale without being sure it was suitable for my car. The Tentbox vehicle bot’s closest vehicle match and AI said it was. However, it wasn’t.
My owners manual said my roof weight limit was 50kg meaning that I wasn’t insured for the Cargo Tent Box. Despite reading and trying to justify the risk I reluctantly accepted the fact I needed to return it. The process isn’t too costly to complete but, I expect the process is difficult if you took out finance.
With T&Cs and emails to and from various people in TentBox customer support I eventually came across Jess who went to extra and sorted this out. £2000+ is a daunting amount of money especially when you have an item which cannot be used… Credit given it was sorted in 3 days, Jess managed it well but, those first few days threw a few worry’s and a few sleepless nights my way.
Anyway… I will weigh up the Tent Box Go and see where the future takes me.
