5 Star Service
Had been looking at a Kia for sometime & knew I wanted the Sportage. From the first time we set foot into the Burntwood show room to even before we the level of professionalism & friendliness was outstanding, The Personalised short videos they send is a nice touch as well.
Ended up going for a test drive in a Sportage GT-Line and fell in love right away. Went back & spoke with the salesman “Milan“ whom answered everything we wanted to know & wasn’t at all pushy like so many other dealerships are.
After spending some time chatting we ended up putting an order in for the new Kia Sportage Storm and doing a part exchange of our current vehicle. All the paperwork is done and is now just a waiting game to have the car delivered.
One very happy customer and would highly recommend Kia Acorn.

Choosing my car
Member of staff was very helpful i knew which car id come to look at so just needed questions answering which David answered more than he bargained for as I was very talkative and very persistent he made me feel at ease with my purchase and has been on the end of the phone for any queries I had couldn't have asked for a better service I would highly recommend acorn motor group also highly recommend David's help thanks so much love my car

Excellent service throughout. From the first tentative expression of interest in a Kia, through the test drive and collection of our new car yesterday, Richard was helpful, friendly, and supportive. At no point did I feel he was in ‘sales’ mode.

Dealt with Milan at Kia Burntwood Branch who listened to all my wants and needs, the car in question was slightly over my budget but Milan talked me through the whole process and how this could be a possibility. I am now looking at purchasing my dream car. Would recommend this garage and Milan. Friendly and reassuring, what a refreshing change.

Excellent Cars and Service
Richard Dixon and the service team are all very familiar with our requirements in terms of our choice of car and servicing. This car will be the 5th car we have purchased from Richard - 4 of the being fully electric. Very happy with the switch to all electric and Kia have a spectacular range of cars to choose from.

Attentive staff (Jordan) who listened to my requirements and understood exactly what I needed. Open and honest negotiations that resulted in an order placement.
My takeaway is that the dealership obviously need to do business but work to reach a mutually acceptable conclusion. I can see my custom remaining well into the future.

Acorn - Macclesfield
I recently part-exchanged my car at Acorn Macclesfield and my experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. The car I fell in love with happened to be at another Acorn dealership and within 24 hours of me showing interest, the car had been delivered to Macclesfield for me.
All in all, the process took 4 days for my new car to be on my driveway (during a Bank Holiday weekend too!)
Now that’s what I call great customer service!
Huge thanks to David at Macclesfield who once again, has provided an outstanding experience for me & my family.

Safety recall for vehicle, easy to arrange a convenient time for the appointment, staff were really polite and professional, investigation completed (turns out my car didn't need it), and car cleaned and vacuumed all by the time they said it would be.

I went in to enquire about a new Kia.
I went in to enquire about a new Kia but the one I went in about was sold, so I was disappointed as I have always wanted a blue one. Anyway my son & I sat down with Richard Dixon at the Crewe showroom and he was so helpful & friendly I told him I was disappointed that the car I went for was sold & he found me another one which was a bit more expensive. He gave us the keys to go & sit in it, as soon as I got in I loved it, I said to my son I felt like crying as it was so nice. I can't wait for Thursday now to go & pick it up, I'm like a kid at Christmas 🤣
Richard Dixon was so helpful with the purchase, we felt we'd made a new friend by the time we left, so thank you so much Richard & hope you're camping trip turns out ok 👍
