Our recent service experience with Acorn of Crewe was exceptional, Reminders were sent in advance that the service was due, booking was easy. On the day staff were friendly and welcoming , we chose to wait for our car and the customer waiting area was very comfortable, TV , coffee and very comfortable seats. The place to go
From the moment we got on the land of Acorn Kia we actually liked what we was looking at, Josh came out with the keys so we could ask the questions and what was required and we finally decided on the car we would like to purchase Josh took us out for a test drive and even more satisfied we picked the right car and then filling in paperwork inside the office where we was offered drinks and making the right decision the car was right for us Josh was a gent helping us along the way I would recommend Acorn Kia is the place to go even my daughter who was with us is considering going there for when she upgrades her car

What a lovely experience I went looking for a suzuki dealership but found a MG dealership instead
Everyone of the staff we very very helpful including water bowl for a very hot dog and a air conditioned room we were dealt with by a really down to earth nice guy Sean in car sales who was fantastic very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful 10 out of 10 for customer service made the whole experience a really nice day only went to look at a car ended up putting a order in What a great dealership Acorn MG Crewe

Second time lucky!
After a slightly inauspicious start last year, I booked my car in for it's yearly service and MOT.
I can honestly say that the service this year, from start to finish, has been fabulous. From booking online, a courtesy call the day before, collection/return of my vehicle and telephone payment, it has all ran smoothly.

Great car hire experience
I hired a Kia Sorento, from Hollie, at Acorn Kia Warrington. The car was very well priced, it was the top of the range Sorento and the service was brilliant. Very friendly and made feel at ease.
Hollie answered any questions I had, and made everything go smoothly.
I will definately go back here to hire,as well as looking to purchase (next year).

Great Experience!
I initially emailed Acorn Kia in Macclesfield as I had seen a few vehicles on their website that suited my price range. I was responded to by Katie, who offered to give me a call to go through compliance for finance quotes or for me to come in. I decided to do the latter. From the moment I stepped in there, Katie made me feel at ease. The difference between here and other garages I’d visited was stark. I didn’t feel pressured in the slightest, which was my biggest concern being on my own, nor did I feel out of place - which some other garages did make me feel. Katie was kind, friendly and professional. She talked me through multiple vehicles, the whole PCP process (to which I was new) and got me a great deal on my rather old Nissan Juke that I part-exchanged. I honestly couldn’t thank her enough for her knowledge, friendliness and patience. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We have had a fantastic experience from start to finish dealing with Acorn motor group. We have been assisted from start to finish with the purchasing of our car by Chloe. Chloe is an absolute credit to the Acorn group. She was quick in answering the phone and/or responding to emails. She talked us through every aspect of purchasing the car and explained each area in great detail so we were fully informed at all times. She was extremely approachable and so down to earth, in fact she was an outright star!!! We all need more Chloe’s in the world.
