Sales aftercare is shocking
Sales aftercare is shocking. When you’re thinking of buying a new car you’re quick to bombard the customer with phone calls but once you’ve transferred the money over and you have your commission this is where the service is shocking. Been waiting 11 weeks for our new car. I’ve phoned numerous of times to speak to an individual who on every occasion is busy. I then get told he will call us back. No phone calls at all.
I have called today to be told he is sitting at his desk I’ll transfer you to his phone. This then went straight to voicemail. This is just not good enough. I shouldn’t have to be chasing to see where my car is. You should have 5 star customer service until the day you pick your car up. Not happy at all.

Acorn Kia in Macclesfield…
I have used Acorn Kia in Macclesfield to look after my EV6 since they opened about 3 years ago. This week my wife & I called on them to look at the possibility of reducing our 2 car fleet (?) down to one, and must say that the experience was remarkably smooth and pain free.
All my dealings with them have far exceeded my expectations, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is seeking 5 Star service.

Superb service
I came along for my car mot and brake fluid change today and could not fault the staff and mechanics
They gave me a detailed check on car and was fully thorough in what they did
I felt totally at ease with bringing my car here and would definitely recommend using acorn
The service advisors were very helpful and knowledgeable and I have no hesitation to bring my car again for any work and servicing in the near future as my car servicing intervals are every two years it helps with us looking after the car and keeping it in excellent condition and together with their experience I feel that I can own it and put total confidence in them when it comes to making sure it’s running well

Buy with confidence
Great experience so far. I haven't visited the site nor seen the car physical. But overall by phone and email i am very confident that my deal and the car will be a hassle free. Mr. Sean have tick mark all my querrys and requests, so cannot ask more. Just hoping my car as describe will be in great condition and deliver on time with all documents and no hassle in future.

Help in choosing our new used Kia Niro3…
Help in choosing our new used Kia Niro3 was given to us by Dan Jackson in Sales Warrington who made the whole process straight forward. We told Dan our requirements for our new car and left it with him. Within s short period Dan had sourced a car which met all our requirements. Following this Dan made the whole process of completing the paper work easy for us. He was polite and very professional and we were very pleased to be dealt with by him but were also impressed with other Acorn staff at Warrington we came into contact with.
In summary we will return to Acorn for our future needs. We will also pass on our great experience with others

Getting a new Mobility car
I have been driving a KIA as a hire car and as my Mobility car is up for renewal and I found it to very comfortable. Went to there dealership and was seen my a gentleman named Shaun in Warrington and he sorted it all out for me and was very happy with the way he dealt with it.

From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and professionalism. Chloe is such a very knowledgeable and helpful person . She wasn't pushy and helped me make the right choice of vehicle I required. I went back for a test drive and she came out with me.
Again not being pushy in anyway but very professional in answering my questions.
Then told me to take my time think it over and when I was ready to purchase just to call her which I have and I am purchasing the car from them and Chole as delt with everything I require and the adaptations I need. Thank you so much.

Only buy if you live locally
Bought a car 10 days ago, already had so many issues with it. Given two sets of keys, only one of them works, car battery needs replacing too. Would be £300+ worth of work to get it done locally.
Acorn Kia St Helens have replaced the battery and attempted to fix the keys free of charge which I appreciate.
But I would still caution anyone buying from them if you don’t live locally. I really regret agreeing to buy a car that was 50km away from where I live given how many issues I need to go back to the dealership to sort.

I've bought the car Kia Xceed a year ago and I must say I'm very pleased with all the process it was quick and straight forward Jonathan lead me through all the paperwork and got me a really good deal.
